Be VERY careful with the site as they…

Be VERY careful with the site as they charge in US dollars. That cheap dress turns out that it needs a whole heap of work when it arrives. They don’t show the back of the dress so you have no idea what you’re getting. Hindsight- I just wouldn’t bother with it again. Look elsewhere. I did write to them and got a pathetic email back. So the reply down the bottom is just complete rubbish.

They will not answer your emails. The dress is nothing like the photos. I have sent them an email every day for a week now and they won't respond.
I am going to seek legal advice as I won't let them away with it. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company.

Don't believe their reply! The have only offered a small percentage back!!! And they have not replied to my last 4 emails!!!! I am seeking legal advice. Don't fall for their lies

Scam

Horrible service. Complete scam. Dress does not look like what they showed online. It looked completely different. I request a refund multiple times and my request was denied all times. Even the quality of the dress I received was horrible as though it was purchased from shein. The zipper is almost broken and for the price I paid the quality should be much better. They fixed their error.

I wrote a previous review about two weeks ago about Flormiss not wanting to give me a refund on an order I no longer wanted since one of the items was out of stock however, they have fixed the issue and refunded my money. It was still a little bit of a hassle to get my money back but they DID keep their word and refunded me. I appreciate and respect that they did. Thank you for sticking to your word Flormiss.

Terrible company

I wouldn’t even give them one star. Don’t order from the company if you don’t want to give them your money for a terrible dress. They DO NOT accept returns and I’m pretty sure they are in China. Terrible company. Wrong color, wrong fit, wrong company. Save your money!

I was blown away by the quality fo my dress! I ordered dresses from four different companies for my wedding but when this one came, I sent all the others back, unopened. Not only was it beautiful but it was high quality! And, I was so lucky, it fit like a glove. I didn't need alterations. Everyone gushed over my dress at my wedding and I'm thinking about having it shortened to wear to other events. Thank you for making my nerve wrecking task a non problem. I love it!

Ordered a lilac jersey dress

Ordered a lilac jersey dress. It looked like the picture the colour perfect however the fabric is horrible, not jersey and it reminds me of something I would have knocked up in needlework at school. Getting a refund is proving to be a battle. How can they be called FlorMissUK, have a return label on the package as Brierley Hill, West Mids, yet I’m being asked to return to an address in China. Companies like this shouldn’t be able to trade in this country and not adhere to the way we do business in the UK. So far a very stressful purchase. I was asked to wear tight underwear and take photos of myself with a tape measure showing my size. Appalling, please don’t purchase from this website. I didn’t ever think I would get scammed but it appears I have.

I ordered a custom dress

I ordered a custom dress. It came to me 2 inches too short in length. I contacted the company and they said it was their policy that all custom dresses are not refundable. They offered to give back 10% refund, but I didn’t take the offer. I believed they should have refund the full amount, since it’s their fault they measured 2 inches short. Quality of material is not good considering the price.

What an amazing company!

What an amazing company, I ordered three dresses a blush gown in a size 6, I ordered a red lace gown in a size 10 and a black spaghetti strap mermaid dress in a size 10. I needed them in two weeks for a Chicago wedding they came right on time! They communicated quickly through email and asked for detailed measurements. I look forward to ordering from them in the future!

I ordered a mother of the Bride dress

I ordered a mother of the Bride dress. When I finally received the dress, everything was wrong with the dress. The color was not what I wanted. I ordered a Dusty Rose. This dress came orange. Bunched up material when you wear it. Material was different. It was very long. It wasn’t made well. I complained about all these issues. They claim the dress has nothing wrong with it. Come and see it. They haven’t granted a return and get the refund back. I just don’t understand them. I wouldn’t recommend Flormiss to anybody. They are only for the money.

Not what I ordered but they won’t refund

I ordered a dress for almost $300.
They sent me a dress that was different to the photo I ordered from and told me that they can’t refund and I should read the policy.

I didn’t change my mind
It wasn’t wrong size
It wasn’t faulty

It was a different design dress to what I ordered and yet they won’t refund or give me a dress as to what I ordered …

They just keep saying the refund policy is that they don’t refund on what I order…
But my argument is
They didn’t supply me with the dress I ordered so I should be refunded.

It wasn’t a bloody $300 donation I made to them but that’s what they have done .
Kept my money and sent me whatever was in there warehouse .

I wish Australia would block these websites from our internet so they can’t sell to Australians , or anyone
They are gutter scum

The clothes are great quality and the fit is perfect. The skirt fabric is soft, it's a great value. Express shipping is not particularly fast, but I understand. Order early so you're not rushed.
