Lynda at Floss and Rock gave the most brilliant customer service care on my order. This is the best customer service I have ever received, thank you Lynda. My 4 year old granddaughter absolutely loved the Learn to draw - Jungle, it’s a great quality product and a reasonable price. I haven’t used this company before but it will be my 1st choice from now on, I can’t rate it highly enough.

Didn't love the quality of the pencils
Didn't love the quality of the pencils, the paper on the case was all bunched up and didn't look particularly nice, especially given I bought it to gift to someone.
Edit: editing review to say the customer service afterwards was wonderful. It sounds like this was definitely a one off occurrence and they are clearly keen to make sure their customers have the best quality products and experience.

I absolutely love Floss and Rock - all of their items are gorgeous! I first discovered their “safari collection” with their matching card sets and the magnetic scenes and wow they are all so so beautiful!
