Don't be full by the name of the business “flowers in 4 hrs.”

“I ordered birthday flowers for my 87-year-old mother-in-law who lives alone, and I paid $93 USD expecting same-day or next-day delivery. After placing the order, I called to confirm, and they told me she won’t receive the flowers until Thursday, which is completely unacceptable. This ruined the purpose of the gift. There was no transparency about delays, and no effort to fix the issue. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this service.”

They advertise same day delivery and…

They advertise same day delivery and their name is Flowers in 4 hours. Feels like complete false advertising.

I ordered a setup, paid extra for same day shipping, and I have had 0 updates.

The chat feature is useless AI prompts and they have no weekend support.

They then get back to me under another company name saying they can't deliver until 3 days later due to stock issues.

They should have something showing what is available for same day if they don't have stock.

Overall bad experience.

About to cry

About to cry.

This company is a total scam, but is good at hiding all the honest reviews having the same experience as mine. Paid nearly $200 and ordered a day before for delivery only a few miles away. Flowers never arrived in the incredibly large time window they gave me and still haven't arrived as I am typing this review.

They overcharge you and don't deliver on their promise. PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THEM, and make sure everyone in your life knows to do the same.

Classic if "I could give no stars

Classic if "I could give no stars, that would be too many" situation here. I wish I had read the reviews ahead of ordering. Absolutely terrible. AI customer service only. In a nutshell, do NOT expect to get ANY flowers in any number of hours or days. Refund expectations, well plan to lose that too.

Awful experience

Awful experience. I ordered flowers for my sister's funeral. First I get an email that says delivery won't be later than the date I had selected. Then I get another delaying delivery by 3 days. I got in touch with their customer service (a bot) that said it would try and get my flowers delivered on the correct day then I didn't hear anything. Contacted them again for cancellation and a refund as they missed the funeral. I could have ordered elsewhere. And I get an email saying they apologize. Well that's great, makes not being able to send flowers all better. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Delivered much later than the shop…

Delivered much later than the shop hours and later than promised time frame. They delivered in more than 13 hours and not the promised 4 hours. They claimed they left the flowers outside the door and took a picture of the flowers delivered. Just based on this, they refused to give refund. Only they claimed the flowers delivered. No one received it. No one saw the flowers. Everyone in the shop left already.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely…

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I ordered a plant called Merry Grinchmas for a dear friend’s birthday with Balloons, and a free card. I ordered them the day before I wanted them delivered. They say “4 hours” but if you want them delivered before 1pm you have to pay extra. Otherwise it is between 8am - 6pm.
I got confirmation of my order, and expected them to be delivered in a timely manner considering I tipped.
They were not.
Not only were they delivered without even providing an email to advise as promised, IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER. No ballon’s, the “free card” was printed out on receipt paper, and a bouquet of flowers that I could have bought at fry’s, which my friend was allergic to.
When I reached out to their customer service they took 3 days to get back to me, and when they did I was only offered a 15% refund. I told them this was unacceptable, and would like the correct order to be delivered.
They told me that there was an issue with the stock of the plant, so their designers made a decision to put together a bouquet.
I was NEVER notified of this change, and if I was I would have told them to refund my money.
After my second call they offered me 30% of a refund.
Once again I said that’s unacceptable. Someone should have reached out to me to advise of the issue with the order, and requested a callback from upper management.
The same customer service agent called me back in minutes, and offered me a 50% refund.
I refused, and said management needs to call me before I leave a bad review.
No call from upper management, I am out $72, and my friend did not receive the gift I intended to give her.
I’m so upset about this, and they don’t care.
If you can’t fulfill an order, you should be calling the customer to offer something similar, or a full refund.
It’s ridiculous to think that someone would be ok with a partial refund when the order was not fulfilled. This was the companies mistake. Not mine.

DO NOT TRUST Flowers in 4 Hours with your money

I ordered a plant for my daughter and paid almost $100 for it. She got a cheap arrangement of 8 old roses in a cheap vase and a bow that looks like it was made by a 4 year old. When I called they said they would fix it, nothing happened. So I called again today to be told they would refund 30% of the price!! So they charged me $70 for 8 flowers. Disgraceful, then the customer service agent hung up on me.

Avoid 100% , cannot fulfill what they advertise

I paid $296 for a large sympathy arrangement to be delivered to the family of a recently deceased employee of our company.

They delayed the order a day and then another day, and then emailed me to say that they are putting together an equally beautiful arrangement because the one I chose is not available. Why advertise it in stock if not?

They did not communicate what kind of arrangement, and I asked to be sent a photo. I received nothing, and when I called, they let me know that the "replacement" arrangement is 24 roses.

How is that a replacement for a standing arrangement?

When I tried to cancel the order, the woman repeated herself 5 times that she could refund me $135 and send the roses. She continually interrupted and spoke over me to let me know about the $135 refund, until I was firm and said I will not use this company again.

On what planet is 24 red roses an acceptable sympathy arrangement?

I placed an order 8 October for a beautiful arrangement for my daughter's birthday. Total was 101.49. What was delivered wasn't even close to what I ordered. When I saw the picture of what was delivered I was furious! It may have been a 40.00 arrangement. I called they offered me 10% of my total back. I really complained and they offered me 25% of my money back. Not acceptable! They need to DO BETTER! I will never order from them again.

So disappointed! I picked this flower shop only because they claimed to deliver in 4 hours! Well they only delivered the next day in the afternoon! And the choice of flowers was very poor and expensive! So upset! After complaining they only offered shipping fee back.. what a scam! Don’t use this website! Never had such an experience before!

Only order from brick & mortars!

Scam! I am so mad! These were ordered for a funeral on behalf of a family out of state. The site never sent delivery confirmation. And every time I go to the site the phone number changes. I hate to email as it just gives them more access to my information. Report them immediately and only order from a brick and mortar local flower shops!

Not even worth it

Not even worth it. The count down timer on the website is just for looks. They couldn't deliver a bouquet of roses in under 4 days and then we're appalled I didn't want to proceed with the order. They are scam artists do not bother at all.

SCAM

UPDATE, I received an email that they have already credited my debit card, and I do see it in my bank account as "processing." (Nothing gets updated until Monday morning, so hopefully this is accurate.) But in any event, don't have ”4 hours delivery' in your name and then blow it off. Especially to a hospital, surely you understand that somebody may be in the process of dying? In any event, if the refund ends up not processing for some reason, I will repost. Otherwise, they will have refunded, but they will also have ruined the day for the person in the hospital she needed some serious happy stuff today.
Very angry with myself for not having checked reviews. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING TO THIS BOGUS COMPANY. Supposedly a $78 refund will be issued to me in 4 to 6 business days, but we'll see. Based on prior reviews on here, I'm not hopeful. Not only do they not send the flowers within 4 hours, they don't send them at all. I called to say it's been 4 hours, and a woman with a foreign accent said their delivery driver hadn't shown up today. SCAM.

Such an expensive disappointment

My husband used the company for sending 2 dozen roses to me for our 20th wedding anniversary. He paid for a balloon that was not delivered as well as a deluxe card which was not delivered. The roses died on day 4. They were subcontracted out from FTD in Corona.
