I wish I would have read the reviews…

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I ordered flowers from this website to be delivered today as it is literally called “flowers in 4 hours”. Then I got an email stating the flowers cannot be delivered today. Their customer service is closed on Saturdays so I was not able to speak to anyone to cancel my order. What a scam.

Poor Customer Service

My husband bought flowers for our anniversary. The flowers were late. When they did arrive, they were the incorrect flowers. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service for an hour, and the line keeps hanging up on me. I'm waiting for the online chat.

Flowersin4hours will never deliver in 4 hours

Flowersin4hours has, imo, a business model that is designed to take your money and, in return, gives you no possible way to confirm delivery. Their phone number is a constant busy signal, they do not respond to any email inquiries. There is no confirmation of even the initial order. Four days after the funeral service, they delivered flowers in a box. Contact your credit card company and let them know about the fraud that is taking place and dispute the charges. Do not use this service.

I wish I had looked up reviews first

I wish I had looked up reviews first. I was humiliated with the flowers that were received. I ordered a beautiful rose birthday bouquet with what looked like 2 dozen roses. What she got was 12 janky looking roses from what looked like Walmart. My god it was so nasty, I still can’t believe how embarrassed I felt when she sent me a picture. Do not. Do NOT get desperate and use this site. Let them be delivered the next day of need be and go to a reputable local flower site. I’m out 120 bucks for 20 bucks of ugly Walmart flowers. Not the the kind in the cooler. The ugly old ones in the buckets.

I hate that I even have to give one star.

I hate that I even have to give one star. They deserve zero. On Saturday 08/16, I placed an order for a plant to be delivered to a funeral home. The visitation was on Sunday 08/17 and the funeral service was on Monday 08/18. When I placed the order, Sunday delivery was not an option, but Saturday was. I scheduled it for Saturday, and it even said it would be delivered in 4 hours or less. Saturday night, I checked to see if it had been delivered and it showed the delivery date as 08/18, even though I have an email confirmation that says the delivery date is 08/16. Since it would not get to the funeral home in time, I changed the delivery address to go directly to the family, hoping it would be on their porch when they got home from the funeral and it would be a bright spot in such a sad day. However, it is now 08/19, and the plant still has not been delivered. I just found out that it shipped via UPS late last night. It's more like 4 day delivery, not 4 hours. I am so upset. This was for a funeral!!! Timing was of the essence. I emailed customer service yesterday morning and have not received a response. I will attempt to call today, but after reading these other reviews, I don't have high hopes of getting a resolution, if I am even able to reach them.

SCAM! One star is way too much

One star is way too much. This is a hoax so watch out!
After calling customer service several times and receiving no assistance, I am writing again.
I placed a flower order yesterday, thinking that the flowers would arrive within 4 hours. However, no delivery was made. When trying to contact customer service, my order number didn't work on the online portal.
When calling customer service the call was disconnected every time I tried to reach costumer service about a existing order. I quickly realized that this may have een a scam. I got the impression that the delivery would not happen, and I was right.

This morning, I called again and got a representative on the phone. I asked to cancel my order since there was no delivery yesterday.
He said that the delivery is "on the way" and that he will look into canceling it and transferred me to talk to an AI bot. I emailed to ask to cancel my order, but again, received no response. over 24 hours past my order placement, the "delivey" was made. Not at all what I ordered (which was a picture of a lovely fancy bouquet that I paid $80 for!) what they sent was a cheap supermarket flowers that look like they cost under $15. so yeah, a scam!

Not only did they not deliver they don't make good on Guarantee

Not only did they not deliver the flowers they faked a thankyou note from my Grandchildren thanking me for the flowers , than another email saying my Grandchildren selected to change the delivery date and another fake Thankyou note from them saying the flowers were beautiful. How would they know that if they did not get them yet. and yet another email saying they had gotten them and another Thankyou from them. When I called they said they had not been delivered They sent they a gift card to order their own flowers from me. So now they not only did not get flowers but I can not find out how much the gift card was for. I reminded them about their
"Refund Policy

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you or your recipients are not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and we’ll make it right!" They offered me $5 off this order and $10 off my next order. I am not 100% satisfied so where is my Guarantee? The surprise was ruined, they had to use gift card I don't know how much that was for , and their guarantee means nothing. Don' use them you will be sorry I wish i had read reviews before ordering.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. I ordered flowers and a card and the total came to almost $90. It was not delivered the day I scheduled it and when it was delivered, it was a $15 bouquet and a piece of paper not a card. When I reached out, I was offered a coupon rather than the refund. They state that they provide "substitutions of equal value and not refunds"; this was not the case. Eventually after exchanging pictures of the product that I got, they offered me $10 and a coupon; still not the amount that I paid. I even offered a suggestion of a lesser value so that I still paid for the $15 bouquet and this was denied. This company is a sham and if it is an Alaska thing, then don't offer this service in Alaska.

I reported them to the BBB and they refused to respond to the reports.

25th Anniversary flowers a total bust!

25th Anniversary flowers a total bust!. I ordered a bouquet of a dozen roses and two of them fell out shortly after delivery because they were short-stemmed.

Their website guarantees satisfaction, but I have contacted them by phone, email, and through the contact page on their website. I sent a picture of the bouquet with the short-stemmed flowers. I received a message when I submitted the complaint on their contact page saying I would get an email with a link to a resolution page, but that never came.

This business is a scam. Don't order flowers from them.

The biggest scam ever I wanted to buy flowers for my girlfriends birthday so I placed a order online but it seemed to be glitch because I wasn’t getting any conformation code or receipt after I tried placing it 3 times after the third time I gave up only to realize 4 hours later that they charged me 300 dollars for flowers that I got no conformation code no receipt so I tried calling them to get a refund only for them to say they have no orders under my name or email but still charged me for it then when they said they can fix it by sending me to the finance department they gave me a number to call only for it to be a damn Subaru dealership by far one of the most low life companies if they even are a company I have ever tried to work with don’t fall for the bs 4 hour delivery they just want to take your money and run

I ordered flowers for my mom for…

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day, she lives in another state When I saw that they advertised flowers in 4 hours, I was so excited & placed an expensive order. I got a confirmation they would be delivered the same day. 2 days later, still no flowers, so I called was put on hold for over an hour & eventually hung up on. I emailed & got a reply from someone who apologized & said they called my mom to verify she would be home & they would deliver the next day. I spoke to my mom & she said no one called her & the next day, there was no delivery. I've sent a total of 6 emails & no one will reply now. I don't understand how this company can operate like this, totally scamming people!
