This company is a scam! Flowers never came

The flowers were never delivered. They were ordered for Mother's Day, order was confirmed. But recipient got a text saying company was "too busy" and would "try" to deliver the following day. It's now been four days, no sign of flowers OR a refund. This company is a scam!

This place is a complete scam

This place is a complete scam. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day (on the Saturday before) because they guaranteed delivery on time and claim to be local to where I was having the flowers delivered. Well, it's now TUESDAY and my mother never received her flowers. I called customer support to request a refund and cancel the order immediately and a woman with a phone number in Oregon/California area said 1) the flowers were delayed because Mother's Day was busy (no kidding, you're a florist); 2) refunds are not allowed but as a act of good faith, she'd offer me a whopping $10 off my next order (NO CHANCE); 3) I keep getting random text messages from this alleged company and when I look up the numbers, they all come up scam; and 4) Refunds are not allowed if a delivery is already out. Keep in mind while speaking to this woman (Oluwaremilekun), she assured me she had no management over her, so she is the one to make executive decisions and at first, she said the flower delivery would arrive in one minute - her tune changed after the conversation and then said one hour. Either way, I demanded a refund (which was denied) and said to cancel the entire order since they promised something they couldn't achieve. Its literally a guarantee on their website "FLOWERSIN4HOURS". I already contacted my credit card to dispute the charge. You can't guarantee a 4 hour delivery and then not delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

Not a real company, Scammers!

My Husband ordered flowers for me ($160 for dozen and half) for Mother’s day and I received two messages saying due high volume and delivery shortage the flowers couldn’t be delivered and that they will at soon as possible. When calling the 1888 number no one answers, just a constant recording. Calling the bank to put a stop on the payment…imagine…now they have our Cc info 😡 Total reap off company and scammers!

Did not do same day delivery

I ordered flowers for same day delivery and after accepting the order, and four hours later, they said they would not fulfill until the next day. The only reason I went with this flower company was because they could do same day delivery. So major fail. When they told me they would be delayed, I asked for compensation or some kind of discount on the poor service and they never responded. Do not use.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! I wish there was a way for customers to find out, in advance, that this company is a complete fraud. Flowersin4hours is actually set up to rip customers off! The fact that they have no block-out dates and state that flowers can be delivered within "4 hours at any time" should be the first and only red flag you'd need to see. I disputed my charge to my bank and was refunded. They never delivered the Mother's Day flowers I was sending to my daughter-in-law and, once you try to call them - they block your phone number! PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU so that they can be shut down and their sales license can be revoked. This isn't just a sloppy/lazy company; it's a fraudulent enterprise. They don't intend to deliver your flowers; they set out to steal from ALL potential customers.

Wish I could leave a 0

Wish I could leave a 0. This company is a complete fraud. BEWARE. They have been reported to my bank, charge disputed and I hope they are shut down. It really sucks that I was ordering flowers for a friend like sister of mine who lost her baby sister and this company completely ruined this for me. Shame on them for ruining peoples special and personal occasions.

I did not receive what I ordered

I did not receive what I ordered, and the replacement roses that were "mailed" looked cheap, damaged and horrible! I emailed 4 times and stayed on hold for over an hour when I called. I could have picked up better looking roses at any gas station. To date no response from them. You will not get what you order! Do not include a tip! Horrible experience. Beware of this company! Stay away.

This is complete fraud

This is complete fraud, I called the number and called to representative, was charged twice for flowers that were never delivered. The Indian (dialect) representative transferred me to finance department that knew nothing about my order and was actually a REAL flower shop in Pennsylvania.

Do not order from this Company

Do not order from this Company. I placed an order for delivery in two days and they did not deliver them. I only found out from the recipient that they had not received them. The Company did not notify me, they claimvl the delivery Company back out, so they refunded all their customers. I had to call them to find out that they this. Totally unacceptable.

This company is a complete fraud

This company is a complete fraud! Do not place orders with this website(company). I purchased flowers with this website which were never delivered and there's no customer service that answers the phone. All they have is an AI chat that never answers questions directly in order to deter you from pressing the issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!
