Overcharged with no response

I ordered a pair of trousers for my son and requested standard delivery of £5.00. I was subsequently charged £10.00 for Next Day Delivery, although the website details Next Day Delivery is £8.00. I ordered the trousers on a Tuesday and received them on the Friday, so didn’t even receive the service that I had paid for without my permission. I have emailed the company three times and messaged on Instagram with no response. Disappointing given that it is a local Company that I wish to support. I wouldn’t order again.
