Our original flight to JRO was canceled by Qatar Airlines. The airline offered a terrible replacement flight. Melvin A immediately when into action and found a better flight two days later for the same amount of money. He is a very impressive gentlemen.

Michael Bennington was very helpful and Patient.
Michael benington behaved fine until i paid to buy the ticket.
He did not send me a hard copy of my business class ticket, as he repeatedly promised me. This is where the true integrity of the agent comes. Promising until the payment. And then going against his promise.
If this is how your company does business i may not come back to you for future bookings. In fact in December of 2026 i would need at least three tickets all business to india and back.
Would you ask Michael to live up to his word.

Harry Wilson was excellent as our agent. He went over all the options and made it convenient to suit our needs. Prices for business class were dramatically lower than dealing with some other agencies who outright tried to reel you in to buy and then comes the hidden xtras that adds up to almost a regular fair. Fly Business was true and honest. We saved thousands on our Europe trip thanks to Harry and Fly Business. Always do your research online and look into the reviews and BBB. Lots of scams out here. Lastly, the agent is a phone call away no matter what time you call. Highly recommend them.

I wrote a negative review last week and I think, and hope it needs an update. Our agent has been more quickly responsive in the last 2 days and perhaps I was too hasty in being very negative. The savings on the tickets is good and we would like to continue positively with our thoughts.
