I wrote a negative review last week and I think, and hope it needs an update. Our agent has been more quickly responsive in the last 2 days and perhaps I was too hasty in being very negative. The savings on the tickets is good and we would like to continue positively with our thoughts.

He Gave Me Space… and Somehow Sold Me Premium Economy!
Carter Morris was a pleasure to work with. He has a natural ability to build an instant connection and make you feel comfortable from the start.
What I appreciated most was that he never pressured me or overwhelmed me with calls. He gave me the space and time to make my decision while always being available when needed. I never felt rushed or subjected to a hard sales pitch.
Carter delivered on every promise and even went out of his way after work hours to ensure a smooth experience. In fact, I chose to book Premium Economy over Economy largely because of the trust and confidence he inspired.
A true asset to the FlyBusiness team—I would happily recommend Carter to anyone looking for exceptional service.

My sales agent, Ron, was amazing
My sales agent was amazing. His name is Ron Clark and he was so very patient. We've been working on my tickets since last week and throughout the process he was always engaged and very patient.
The booking link, when using and non US card is VERY difficult. I couldn't get my cards to go through and he was patient enough to walk me through various options. Finally, it worked.
