I ordered from this company over 2 months ago and never received my order this company sucks10

I bought a suitcase and supposedly it was delivered in a different city, after several emails sent, they asked me to send the address again, and asked for another month to deliver my order. Today I tried to send an email to find out some news, I was surprised that the email address is wrong, now I'm convinced that I'm falling for a scam.

I ordered a suitcase in Sept 29th 2022. I waited a few weeks watching the tracking number they gave me then it said it had been delivered in Nov to Queensland. I emailed to tell them it was the wrong address and they said it would be re sent, they gave me another tracking number but it was the same as the first. I emailed again but now my emails are bouncing back and the telephone number is non existent.

Absolute scammers - ordered christmas tree oct 2022, chased up for tracking number, item was supposedly delivered but to address in completely different state, told me to chase it ip. Put in a dispute with bank who are investigating. Merchant said description of content was ‘warm gloves’ - i ordered a christmas tree with LED lights!! Merchant is fighting dispute as i received charge back from bank. I have not received any item whether it be correct or incorrect and no correspondence from Merchant.

I bought suitcases from this company 29TH September 22 and still have not received them. I sent an email to them with no response. Unfortunately I did not use paypal so can't recover my money. This was advertised on Facebook

I placed an order for suitcases with the company..originally they sent me wrong tracking number
Then I had been corresponding up until start of December 2022
After been spun lies again and again saying i would be resent my order... I thought wait till now to recharge to find I carnt now get in touch as my emails are now bouncing.'no such email address"

ARE FRAUDS.
I PLACED AN ORDER FROM 10/10/2022 AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT YET 01/02/2023.
I PAID €14.99 AND THEY DID NOT ANSWER MY MESSAGES.
I'M AFRAID THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND I LOST MY MONEY.

Like everyone else here, I purchased a product!!!!!

Scam....Same as all the other negative reviews. Placed an order 14th sept but never received it. They said they would re-send but I never received that either and all emails are being returned as undeliverable.
These people need to be reported to as they are still advertising

Same as many of them here. Tracking shows it delivered to somewhere in Alaska. Sent email to customer support and they promised to send them again. Never received anything and email never went through afterwords. This is Spam

This is a scam. I order my products in October, 2022. Was told it would to me within 3 weeks and of course it wasn't. Sent emails. Email returned return, "No such email address". Looked for any other information and came along this page and realized there was many other people in my same shoes with this same company. And the only information on the company is an address, that she has been in business for 5months, and not showing any phone number to get in touch with her. Then there is no where to report her is wrong. And to add, there is no website anymore that you can get onto.

I ordered a suitcase back in September and never received it. They told me it had been delivered, gave me a bogus tracking number , then my emails stopped being delivered . SCAMMERS . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE .

Put an order in last September sent a tracking number but that was for south Australia have sent numerous emails told it will be sent out in 3 days still nothing. Sent them another email today 2/1/2023 and it bounced back address couldn't be found, what the hell is going on if I had known this was going to happen I would not have put an order in, now I have a very upset 10yr old grandson who was excited when I told him what he was getting this is 1 very angry grandmother and another thing they took more money than what the item cost

This company is a scam only. Ordered item on 20 September 2022 and all emails great until I asked for a tracking number. In November they told me the parcel had been delivered to my address, after arguments I was told they would resend the parcel. Now all my email are returned as the company rejecting all correspondence.

If I could give a zero rating I would.

Despite many emails, which they initially responded to, I still haven't received the order.
The parcel with the tracking number they provided was delivered to an address in a different state.
Empty promises that they will resend the order.
I have sent constant emails over the last few months which haven’t been responded to until January 2023 when suddenly the email bounced back.
"Email address cannot be found".

MAJOR RIP OFF!!! ORDERED 6 STORAGE CONTAINERS Oct 1. Supposedly delivered to "incorrect" state/address. Told 'resent' and new tracking # would be given to me. Now all my emails are being returned as Undeliverable.

Want to do more than pursue through Better Business Bureau. Wonder if FBI would be interested??? (Review should be 0 stars bur not allowed to write anything without entering at least 1 star.)

THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS EVER!! Supposedly my luggage was "delivered" to someone in California - I live in Ohio. I was then told that "they are sorry for any inconvenience and they would re-ship to my address"...As of today, Dec. 31,2022, it has been 92 days since I placed my original orders. (I was also dumb enough to order some containers from them on the same day).🤦🏼‍♀️ I have been hounding them for either the merchandise or a full refund. They give me excuse after excuse. I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.....

I ordered a product back in August 2022 thinking I would have it before Christmas. That was not the case..I got updated emails telling me it was on its way.Then one that said it was delivered.. it was sent to NY..and I live in NC.big difference! I went to email them telling them this and I received a undeliverable email. They blocked me from the site. NOW I'm out of the money they are not gonna reimburse me for... SCAMMERS 100%...buttholes!
