Didn't want to out any stars 0 is about right but like most of reviews on here i ordered a christmas tree never arrived check tracking was sent to an address in london other end of country from me, endless emails to them they assured me they would resend, yeah right im stoll waiting, please do not ordwr anything total bunch of scammers

We ordered a tent a long time ago through facebook, received a bogus tracking number, then received an email that our tent was delivered and signed for, in the wrong city by a stranger, emailed, received an apology and another one would be shipped to us. Never received a tracking number or a tent. Now the place doesn't seem to exist anymore as my emails are coming back as not able to be delivered.
Scammers!!!

Ordered an Xmas tree on 17th September hasn't arrived thay said it was on the way when questioned then said tracking system was down then said it was delivered then said it wend back to the courier abd would get it redelivered which all of there excuses were lies and a scam . Has now blocked email address so emails bouncing back. This company are total scam artists 🤬🤬🤬 do not ever order off this company thay are scaming people off left right and centre and getting away with it 😡😡😡

They lied about reshipping my luggage, which they shipped to an address in a state across the country that I’ve never lived in. Now the website is unreachable and the emails I send are bouncing back. Total scam.

Should get a 0 rating. Stole my money, never received product. Now there e mail has dissapeared.

One star only because I can't give zero. Absolutely useless - likely a scam, which I'm gutted about. I ordered something via a Facebook ad in September and despite a number of emails, which they initially responded to, I still haven't received the item (oooh.... blame the courier) - a parcel tracked from them, supposedly to me, was delivered to somewhere at the other end of the country. Now emails are bouncing right back to me so I guess I've lost my money. Avoid like the plague.

On August 29, 2022, I ordered a air mattress and I contacted them about my order they said it's on the way due to their system was not working so I didn't get a tracking number. So now when I tried to reply to there email it's said there website no longer exists. They are nothing but scam artists they take your hard earned money but don't deliver.

Scammers, four months later I haven't received my product, the juicy mixer. Was told it was delivered wrong address but they will re-delivery to me even now

If I could give it zero I would. Stay away from this Company. I ordered a product in Sept 2022 (suitcases).
It is still yet to arrive.
There have been constant emails back and forth until Dec 27th when suddenly the emails bounce back. "Email address cannot be found".

Beware! They're scammer! I ordered the suitcase on FB on Oct.11, 2022. I didn't get an email confirmation about my purchase and I contacted them after I gave them some time for the delivery process, they gave me a bogus tracking number which never works each time I track the order. It's now Dec 29 and the order never did arrive!

It is a shame there isn’t an option for zero stars. I ordered on the 8th October, first of all the checkout price was £36, but when it showed up on my PayPal it was £45. I emailed asking why there was a difference and I got an email back saying my parcel had been shipped and there was nothing they could do. After close to 3 months of backwards and forwards, email asking where my item was why it went, backwards and forwards from Poland to Russia to Belarus to Poland again eventually was delivered in Skelmersdale… I live in London.

Now having read all the other reviews I see this is their tactic for getting you to pay but you never get your item.

I am now having to go through my credit card company to gain a refund and luckily the email I sent them today asking one last time where my stuff was or where my refund was. I get an undeliverable. This goes in my favour with my credit card company as now it would appear the company are an absolute joke… Probably not even a company at all. I only hope that people read these reviews before purchasing from this sham of a company, and also I truly hope people go to their pay provider (bankcard or credit card) to get your money back as this was clearly a scam.

I am usually incredibly tech savvy, this is only the second time in all the years I’ve been using Internet purchases that I have not reviewed company and this is the second time that I have been scammed. I’m going to stop buying from companies overseas and if they do not have a five star rating on trust pilot I won’t be purchasing

I order storage boxes back in September and have not recieved them yet! I’ve gotten every excuse from the company as to why I haven’t recieved them yet. It has been going on 4 months since I placed the order. I highly recommend you stay away from this company. I contacted them today to get a response that the email can’t be found

Focus novelty is a SCAM
They take you money while they have nothing to sell, all the nice things on their ads don't exist

Ordered cat litter box, contacted them for the tracking number which took an age to get. Tracked the package to Nottinghamshire. Nowhere near my home in Northumberland. Contacted them again and was told to send them my full address and they'd resend another one. Yet again tracked it and this one had bee. Delivered to Ireland. Sent yet another email and just like everyone has mentioned its been returned back to me. Absolutely furious. Stay well away from this company.

Should be able to give no stars at all. I ordered storage boxes from their Facebook advert back in September and, like so many other people below got excuses and apologies - and now my email asking for a refund doesn't reach them. Scammers if too nice a word - let's call them what they are - thieves!!!

Awful company still fighting with the bank over the payment....nothing was sent and it's been 3 months...This company sent bogus tracking forms from USPS. Unbelievable!!!!

I ordered and paid for my order more than 3months ago. It was delivered to the wrong state. Now I am unable to contact them. I really wanted my order and I am beyond frustrated

As with many on here ordered suitcases but never materialised. Contacted company by email and these were answered promptly but my last one sent today asking for a refund was all of a sudden incorrect address! How these people are allowed to operate beggars belief. And why aren't Facebook monitoring these companies more carefully. These people are just scum
