All I can say is the company scams people and steals their money and shows false delivery. I paid them $16.99 and NEVER received anything from them and I also was home the day it supposedly was delivered.
They lie don't order anything from them.

Absolutely disgusting company!! Should be illegal to operate !! Ordered luggage 17th September 2022! Still waiting ! Emailed them so many times and so say item dispatches and have provided tracking number which doesn’t even exist!! Told them to refund me asap, still waiting ! Do you buy from these fraudsters

Placed order on September 30th 4 weeks later tracking should package delivered to wrong address now my emails say that there is no more focus novelty so I got screwed I'm on a fixed income

Ordered 2 Christmas trees October 2 never received keep emailing they keep telling its on its its way now can't even email them it say web site not found this is a scamer site it needs to be shut down

I placed an order in September of 2022. I never received the order not did I get a refund. Everytime I contact them I was strung along with a sorry apology. The last time I contacted them they gave me a tracking number, said it was shipped, and the tracking number led to a delivery in Miami Florida. Since then I haven't been able to contact them threw the support email. I feel they are scamming people and stealing money for their benefit, false advertisement and no product. Just a scam.

There should an option for 0 stars as this company are frauding so many people. Luggage ordered 8th August. Tracking number provided showed luggage shipped to an incorrect address. After weeks of countless emails I have been blocked and emails bounced. I will do a claim through my bank to recover the money. PLEASE STAY AWAY and FB should be removing them to others are in the same situation

This company is a scam bought something in August and after receiving a tracking number was told it was delivered only problem is it was not me or even the same state, was assured problem would be fixed, same thing happened, then was told he would personally sort the so called screw up, when I didn't get a reply emailed again and email address was not found. Scammed by this company so BE WARNED DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY.

This company is terrible!! I placed a order on September 26, 2022. I've been in constant contact with them. At first they sent my package to Montebello California, I live on Michigan. They told me another package would be sent out to me at the correct address. Still NOTHING. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THEM.

I ordered luggage September 28th and cookware October 2nd. I've been emailing back and forth with them on a weekly basis. First they said one was delivered somewhere in Minnisota and the other to somewhere in Kentucky. I live in California, which is the address I gave them when I ordered. Then they said they would resend. They would give me tracking info soon. Never happened. I just tried my weekly email to them and received a message right away saying: Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their domain isn't properly registered at their domain registrar. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

Had to give 1 star otherwise I would not be able to comment. Purchased something in October and they took the money straight away but made excuses for giving me any tracking information and when they did royal mail said they could not find item.

This company is fake and regularly scamming people so do not buy anything from them again.

Have emailed many times and today the email address has been closed and removed !!!

Negative 10 stars...ordered a suitcase took my hard earned money never delivered and now the email is dead. Where is the Class Action Lawsuit against them. I am signing up asap.

Ordered an Air fryer one ended up in Diddington and replacement in Chester. both miles from where I live. Now like everyone any emails i send comes back. Total Fraud. The prices are to good to be true. Don't fall for it TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!!!

As per all other reviews, ordered suitcase, eventually got tracking number for "delivered" item, but delivered to post office depot. When I called Royal Mail, tracking number was correct but not for me. Emails being returned Unknown now.

Ordered a coffee machine did not receive they sent they say to penzance not my address never order from this company how can I get a refund

As with many others my order was "shipped to the wrong address" Repeated emails resulted in them saying they would reship but no new tracking was provided. Now it appears they have blocked me as emails come back as undeliverable
Total scam Facebook should be held responsible for allowing these scam artist to advertise. I falsely believed that if Facebook allowed them to advertise it was a legitimate company

If I could take that one star off I would. I ordered my suitcase back in September and like most people didn’t receive it. When I emailed they said they would send me a tracking number which I never got. When I emailed again I found I have been blocked.
Total SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I am dissuaded with Facebook and instagram I thought these sites would be safe to order from. Never again

This company is a sham. Like others here I ordered a tent which apparently was sent to Scotland and after numerous emails they sent me a new tracking number and said it has been reshipped, then they blocked my email. I don't hold much faith in receiving anything from them. Do not buy from this company. Pity there is no option to give zero stars to them.

Ordered my luggage on sept 19 after many many emails to focus novelty they finally shipped it to Hawaii or so they said in November. Reported it to me. No answer. Asked for update yesterday and like others apology will ship just give us your right address which I had put in each email I sent. Guess what email blocked. Will be reporting to my bank for refund and will again post on Facebook that Gocus Nivelty is a scam organization and should be stopped
