I ordered 2 items, they took forever to ship then they were sent to wrong address. I contacted their support and got alot of BS back and my last email to them was sent back saying unable to find email address. Do not buy from them, you will gets excuses and blocked.

Product never received. Emails undeliverable. I am so tired of getting ripped off online; add Focus Novely to the list.

Ordered two air fryers off this company after a lot of emails and so called parcels delivered supposedly in Pembroke instead of Plymouth ,they're not answering me now .All I can think is that they had no intention of sending me my order .Ordered on 27th September still not had anything

Total scam ordered storage boxes in September, they took money twice and said I ordered for 2 lots. Contacted them straight away, took them a while to reply and they kept messing me about, told me I could have a refund then I wasn't able to. Waited for tracking number didn't get it until 1 month later that didn't exist gave me another and that has sat in Lancaster since beginning of December 🤬 fuming is an understatement. Now they won't accept my emails and seem to have disappeared

I’d give a 0 too if I could! Hubby ordered an air fryer type thing, emails back & forth as no item received BUT after sending another one this morning, it’s bounced back!
That’s over £40 lost!

Wish I could give a 0. Same story as many people below, ordered luggage, after 4 weeks it never arrived, I emailed them, took forever to get a tracking number. Shortly after it "arrived" but it arrived in Las vegas, I dont live in Las Vegas. So they "sent another one" that one never came and the tracking never worked. So I emailed again and asked for a refund, would not refund just sent another one, was promised it would be here in 7 days, didnt arrive, emailed 10 days later and the email address is no longer found. Company doesn't exist. Disputing the charge with my bank now. Frauds!

This company are scammers and sent me around the mulberry bush, trying to throw me off is what I was finding. Yesterday, I wrote back to them, for the fourth time and the email bounced back. I went searching to find ways of contacting them. (I thought so I could abuse the company as it is obvious fake... and it might make me feel better) But one thing I will do from now on, is when or if I see this type of ad on facebook. I will write a true review... DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Check the owner on the companies registration and if it is this man LIN, Yongnan. Then DO NOT purchase from this company. The company is still active and I am going to advise the companies register in UK about my experience and those of many others... I am going to request that they be removed from the companies register, they are fake and have stolen money from so many people from around the world. Only the deregistration can stop him from doing this type of thing. And he should never be allowed to own, or be a director of a company ever again...

I ordered some storage boxes and they got sent to Juncos, Porta Rico. I found that out
by the tracking number live in Michigan. After many emails to Focus Novelty, they
wrote me and said that my package would
be redelivered. I'm still waiting for my package and it's been in October that I
ordered it. I told them that I ordered and
paid for my storage boxes and I want them delivered to me. The person from Focus Novelty said that the order was repackaged and redelivered to me and I should get itin a week. It's been way past a week and I still haven't received my order!!

Hiya, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is the biggest scam ever!! I ordered the suitcases off Facebook and they took £40 off me and sent me an email saying that my order was dispatched.I waited over 4 months and they sent the same email over and over again. After I repeatedly sent email THEY BLOCKED ME. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBE COMPANY THAT STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT DELIEVER YOUR PACKAGE. ITS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. Focus novelty is one of the biggest scam website ever, do not be fooled.

Like so many I ordered a Christmas tree in early September for my young daughter to put a smile on her face after us losing her older brother to a sudden death first it was sent to the wrong address i emailed and was assured it was a mistake I'm a single mum on benefits and the money could of been used for a lot more things this is a total disgrace and it ruined Christmas for us please ban these scammers they are the scum of the earth 🤬🤬🤬

I order the suitcase offer on facebook on 10/8/22 and never received anything except the runaround from them. First they couldn't give me a tracking number then it was shipped to Las Vegas NV (I live in Texas), I was told to be patient and now the website can't be found, There should be some sort of recourse for this. Companies from China should not be able to represent themselves as companies in the USA!

Caution!!! Scam!!! What else??? Here my experiances: I bought suitcases there, paid with a credit card. At first everything seemed ok, there was quick feedback and answers that seemed serious. Long delivery delays with indications of high volume but at least tracking numbers with history. Questions were always answered with acceptable reasons. Until the final notice that the package was delivered - but to a completely different recipient in Germany... Further clarity was not created, the money was not refunded and the email address can no longer be reached!!!..

I ordered a Christmas tree from them countless lell times I emailed them there promised to fix the problem on logistics they never have can't say how many times now I can't email keep getting them back from postmaster as to say we are very disappointed

Wouldn't give any stars if there was an option. As with MANY other people I have been scammed this company. I ordered a MAC makeup Advent Calendar mid Oct 2022 but saw that my parcel had been delivered to an incorrect address in another state. I have sent countless emails requesting a refund and have been promised that my goods were on their way again but my emails have now been blocked. This is a fraudulent company scamming many people out of money & never delivering the goods. AVOID
