Magical
I ordered 2 custom photo prints and they turned out beautiful! I recieved my order in a pretty package tied with ribbon. I ordered a third print and the design Stephanie created was just magical! The foil makes the pictures so special!

I couldn't rate Foilux any higher
I couldn't rate Foilux any higher! This is the second time I have ordered through them as I was so impressed with the quality of my first order. This time round I had some difficulty with my delivery with Royal Mail delay and suspected lost package. I emailed the team at Foliux and I had a response from Steph who handled it like a pro! They were so kind, apologetic and without hesitation arranged a free replacement. I was anxious I wasn't going to get my order so I had ordered and paid for a replacement whilst waiting for a response to my email. Step also arranged for this order to be cancelled and arranged a full refund for this. Thank you so much to the Steph. You have exceptional customer service skills. I will definitely be using Foilux again and recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a special ticket!
