Beware when ordering, they will cancel your order with no notice if you question communication or delivery. I had three 'nice' list scratch cards ordered for my granddaughters for Christmas eve, because I placed a review on TP after trying to make contact twice re checking delivery, my order was cancelled and I was accused of bullying. There is no excuse for a business to do this.

Update response to the below: there is no excuse for a business to cancel an order so clpse the christmas without a conversation or explanation - in your email to me you stated you had cancelled my order due to my TP review after not responding to my messages - as you said I explained i had been scammed and was recovering from a serious illness, so I had to rely on online shopping this year - you cancelled my order before I had any opportunity to explain - i think on your part, a knee kerk reaction and not thought out at all as you state below.

I’ve ordered from this business for years now and each time my orders have been perfect and delivered within the agreed timeframe! The foil tickets are beautiful and make gifting people surprise presents so much more exciting! Such a great small business.

Been ordering for a few years now and everything I’ve had has just been beautiful! If there is any issues, they are dealt with so quickly (even though any problems have been very very minor!). You can tell they are done with passion and care and I won’t use anybody else for any foil gifts or tickets. One of my fave small businesses!❤️

I have made many orders with Foilux over the last few years. Every ticket I’ve ordered has been perfect, all information as I wanted it and packaged lovely, even with larger orders. I always ensure to check current delivery timescales and have never had a problem, prompt delivery. When I’ve contacted with a query response was professional and helpful. Would recommend and look forward to ordering again.

Bought some experience gifts for my daughters, they are BEAUTIFUL! They have pictures of the animals on them, they even have been approved by Father Christmas. They came within the stated delivery time (it is Christmas so is obviously a busy time!) Have been following foilux a long time on Instagram and so pleased I have finally been able to order from them. Would highly recommend!

I ordered from Foilux as I was taking my mum away for her 60th birthday. I left it late with ordering but messaged Foilux who sent it out straight away for me so that it arrived in time!
