They have had my phones since the end of February, i have tried ringing them, no answer, they do not reply to any communication requests through their internet page, the page says they have received my phones but nothing else. It appears like they have just taken the phones with no chance of payment. Do not use this company, they were recommended through sell my mobile worryingly

“ Due to a site upgrade, we encountered some unforeseen delays in our communication processes. Rest assured, your mobile phone/s have been safely received, and we appreciate your prompt shipment.”

Don't use these guys
Don't use these guys. I got the free package to post off. Did this, got a PO reciept.
Got an email from them to say: Order Successfully Placed - FonePal.
This was back in January 27th 2024 and heard nothing back. No email responses. The phone number is a message saying to leave a message which I did - nothing!!

Waste of time
Accepted a trade in for my iPhone. Never received the pack in the post to post it off to them. Emailed and never received a response. Tried to log into the account I created to view any order status details in there and it says I haven't verified my email address so can't log in but I never received an email asking me to verify it. Waste of time. Price of the phone has now dropped with all this messing about. Probably why they haven't sent the package.

First class service
Absolutely first class service throughout. Web site very easy to use and postage label supplied promptly. The phones were processed and payment made on the day of receipt.
Using Fonepal is a no-brainer... your old phone gets recycled and you get some funds.
Highly recommend!

I contacted Fonepal 28/4/23 and got a confirmation email. I'm still waiting a postage pack, despite emailing again. The phone number on the website never gets answered. Is this a scam?

Thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear that you haven't received the postage pack to post your phone to us, we have posted out a prepaid envelope ages ago, probably it has been lost on the way. Regarding the phone; our landline is busy most of the time, probably you have rang us while we are on another call. We can email you a prepaid envelop if you have access to a printer or we will post you another one, please email us and let us know which option is best for you.
Excellent service received
Was a little dubious about using a website for trade-in that I hadn’t heard of before, however I can’t praise FonePal enough. From start to finish the service was good, they sent out the pack to return the phone in promptly and after receiving the phone I received full payment with no issues or delays. In addition to the good service received, they paid out CONSIDERABLY more than their more well known competitors who quoted me less than half what I received from FonePal. Will definitely use again.

I was a little bit sceptical at first
I was a little bit sceptical at first, how could Fonepal offer me £25 for my broken phone, that I would probably have thrown away? But I was pleasantly surprised, they sent me a prepaid postage label and I sent my old phone to them. Within a fortnight I had the money in my bank account. Fantastic service and friendly advice. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

Hi David, thanks for your feedback, we have emailed you once we have received your phone to confirm that we have received it.
We have inspected it but unfortunately it turns out that your phone still locked to Google ID and we have emailed you a picture of your phone locked to your Google ID and it requires that we sign in using your Gmail account but for privacy reason and data protection we don't ask for personal information, instead we have emailed you instructions to remove it from Google account and you have emailed us back saying that you have removed it but the phone still locked to the Google account.
