Great service! Easy and quick.

No fuss extremely easy and convenient exchange of my old iPhone 6 for a modest but useful amount direct into PayPal account. Excellent.

Easy, fast and efficient service

Good prices for two broken iPhones. Free postage label and bag sent out to me quickly. When items were received full payment was made promptly into my bank account. An easy to use and quick service.

I put an order in to Fonepal for my mobile phone recycling following an acceptable offer. The appropriate envelope was forwarded to me for posting the device, which I used - posted in the phone’s box. However the package was delivered to an incorrect address by Royal Mail even though the package was tracked. Fonepal we’re able to track the phone to the individual who had received it, but was unable to obtain a response from calls, texts etc. I was able to provide them with the IMEI number so that the phone could be disabled. Despite Fonepal not being able to get hold of the phone, they paid me the agreed amount. Outstanding Service and obviously I would rate them as excellent.

I had not used Fonepal before but from start to finish it was so easy and i will definitely be using their service again.
They paid the best by far for my old mobile (Huwawei P20 lite) i printed the label emailed to me and sent it back via the Post Office free of charge…. Fabulous service. Money was paid really quickly and i was happy about that.
I would recommend to friends and family as i have been more than impressed right from the placing of the order up to the money being paid in to my bank account

Received return envelope to send mobile quite promptly and money same day.
But had to go to my local Royal Mail delivery office to post my mobile.

I was a little weary sending my phone in and if i would get paid, but they recieved it next dy and kept me updated. By the end of the same day they had paid me.

Registered within 30 seconds. A postal bag had arrived the next day. All I had to do was pack up my phone and drop it to the post office. Within 2 days I have already received the money. Also, when selling my phone fonepal offered me £20 more than other companies.

Easy process and quick payment. I made a mistake to say the phone was unlocked but in fact it’s locked. They honoured the agreed amount anyway. Thanks

Having sent my wife’s phone to Phonepal, we struggled to get in touch with them as we had made an error on an email address, and had to resort to Trust Pilot to try to get in touch with them.
Thankfully they did get in touch with us and resolved the problem. Not sure why there was a comms issue, but we got there in the end, and they promptly sorted the issue.
Goods communication always prevails in the end. Thanks Fonepal.

I received the postage bag the next day. Also, I received constant updates from the team(Dan & Adam), which was nice and I was paid the amount that I've been initially told that I will be offered for the phone. Thank you!
