Price for limited edition trainers was the best around. Website is easy and payment straight forward. They do need to offer fast postage though, only economy to UK is available right now.

Great trainers.

Great trainers I couldn’t find anywhere else. I was a bit concerned buying from abroad but it couldn’t have been easier. Good price in the sale & kept informed during the whole order & delivery process. Will definitely be using Footshop again.

Amazing company to deal with

My son couldnt find these shoes in stock anywhere else and so when he found them at Footshop he was over the moon.
They arrived super quick and they look and fit amazingly.

It’s ridiculous how slow they are with…

It’s ridiculous how slow they are with everything especially customer service when it comes to emails or the live chat everything is done with a bot its screams laziness and its quite jarring. All i want is my refund for my return and even to contact them is an issues

Only 14 days for returns

Item arrived and is exactly what my son wanted for Christmas. The down side only 14 days for returns so if they don’t fit him on the big day I am stuck with them

The service overall was good.

The service overall was good although I did not realise the trainers were coming from abroad. I purchased the trainers as having real leather uppers but I can’t find any where on the trainers or box that states they are real leather. I hope they are leather as they would be very expensive if they are only faux leather.

Great purchase

Great purchase - competitive price as struggled to get the size in the UK. The trainers arrived quickly and communication was frequent, from time of order to delivery. Will definitely order again
