I thoroughly enjoyed completing my TAE with Fortress Learning. The course content was interesting, practical, and directly relevant to real workplace situations. Rather than simply teaching theory, the course encouraged me to think about how training and assessment work in practice, which made the learning much more engaging and valuable.

One of the biggest strengths of the course was the flexibility. My work schedule can be unpredictable, and I also have family commitments and volunteer responsibilities through Scouting. Being able to complete the training at my own pace made all the difference. There were times when life became extremely busy, and having the ability to pause, regroup, and then continue when time permitted allowed me to successfully complete the qualification.

The Fortress Learning staff were always approachable, professional, and willing to help when needed. Questions were answered promptly, and I always felt supported throughout the course. The combination of quality learning materials, flexible delivery, and supportive staff created a positive learning experience that I would happily recommend to others considering the TAE qualification.

Very great course, amazing teachers, support and guidance given. Ability to work in my own time without stress of assessment due dates and finish the course earlier than intended was good! Assessments and lessons were easier to understand and complete while the program itself was easy to navigate.

I recently completed the TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training with Fortress Learning and had an excellent experience. The trainers were readily available and supportive throughout the course. Assessment instructions were clear, marking was completed very quickly, and feedback was timely and helpful. Communication was excellent, and my qualification was issued promptly upon completion. I highly recommend Fortress Learning.

I cant speak highly enough of the support from our instructor Richard Gietman to help me complete my TAE40112 Cert 4 in Training & Assessment. The course was well structured, the online sessions were well presented, the full day workshops were a game changer in getting my motivation up and completing the course ahead of time. The people are fantastic.

The only times I really struggled with my training was when I was too stubborn to ask for help.

The assistance offered by the staff won't give you answers but are excellent at getting you on the right track to achieve the results you need.

Absolute legends

The course material (TAEASS) was well-constructed and the learner was guided through in a clear and consistent manner. I have many years experience teaching and assessing in other sectors, including a lot of online teaching experience. So I can say from experience that this course was well designed. Secondly, the times I interacted with staff (for Qs, clarification and one online workshop) they were unfailingly helpful and professional. Richard was of particular help to me and it was much appreciated.

The dedication of the course coordinator, Richard Gietman, continued to go above and beyond for us. He was engaging, happy to impart his knowledge, and acted as a coach and mentor during the entire process. The online structure, combined with the digital face to face fortnightly check in, made the learning process seamless. The ability to reach out and have questions answered in a timely manner also boosted confidence in my application of this course. I have spoken to other people using different RTO's for the same course, most were critical of the limited (read no) support they were getting from their instructing staff, but had invested too much financially and academically to enable changing providers. Well done Fortress. You have a winning program.

I had a very positive experience completing my studies through Fortress Learning.

The learning materials were well structured, comprehensive and easy to follow, making it straightforward to progress through the course requirements. The assessment process was clear and professionally managed throughout.

One aspect that particularly stood out was the turnaround time on assessments. Marking and feedback were provided promptly, which helped maintain momentum and allowed me to continue progressing without unnecessary delays.

Overall, I found Fortress Learning to be professional, responsive and highly supportive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone seeking quality vocational education and training.

Great knowledge, Great content and great layout. Excellent training

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the workshops. The course was easy to follow, relevant and the platform was user-friendly. It never felt stressful and was easy to fit around my busy lifestyle.

My journey with Fortress Learning was a very positive experience right from the beginning.
The TAE course suited my circumstances and allowed me to navigate around my others commitments.

Fortress learning is great because the staff are caring and keep checking in to see if any support is needed. Course structures and instructions are clear to follow. The marking is very fast too.

Great experience, great trainers

Being a self paced course is both good and not so good. Good because I decide when to study. Not so, as it is very easy to push it to one side and not prioritise studying.
A few more face to face workshops would have been helpful also.
The trainers were absolutely awesome. Very genuine in wanting to help - thankyou Richard and Deb.
