I recently completed my TAE50122 qualification with Fortress Learning, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. What stood out most was the clarity and accessibility of the learning materials. The lessons were short, easy to follow, and designed to let you work at your own pace, perfect for busy professionals.
The assessment instructions were detailed and well-structured, which made it easy to understand what was required and how to meet the criteria. I especially appreciated the bite-sized video guides that accompanied the content. These videos broke down complex concepts into manageable pieces, making it much easier to digest the information and apply it confidently.

Great support and quick responses.

Excellent facilitator in Richard, who was clear in his instruction and always available either in person, via email or video call to clarify questions, give encouragement and provide feedback on progress, making the whole process a lot less daunting and allowing learners to lean into their strengths

The whole Fortress Learning team were fantastic from start to finish, allowing for flexibility in progressing throughout the units whilst providing excellent readable learning materials. It is a great learning experience with Fortress learning. Jane is a fabulous TAE trainer and assessor. She is very friendly and approachable. Her suggestions and recommendations greatly improved my understanding of the RPL assessment requirements, especially for the evidence. that is the reason why I can complete my RPL process quickly for my qualification. Registration was a breeze, Instructors were keen, approachable, and respectful. Assessments were processed quickly, and feedback was well targeted.

I did self-guided study at home. All the information was up online and easy to understand. The trainers were accessible, responsive and easy to contact. There was a quick turnaround time on assessment marking. My trainer, Richard, was encouraging, understanding and helpful.
