Fortress RTO has been exceptional. Been a candidate with other RTOs before but Fortress has a good student support, stable online Blackboard platform, experienced trainers and efficient processes as an RTO. Strongly recommend to students who are looking for exemplary Education provider. Trainers Richard Gietman & Deb Thomas, along with the support team have been exceptionally awesome. The UI was very clean and easy to follow.
Content was relevant and didn't seem to drag-out / difficult to complete.
Would recommend for anyone interested in a online method of learning.

The entire Fortress Team was very supportive, from admin team to my Trainers and Assessors especially Maniya and Jane.
Jane was always there guiding me, always assisting me with all my queries.

The course was well designed with excellent support material.
The learning was self paced which eliminated time pressure. The support from Fortress was easy to access and provided in a timely and helpful manner.
Assessment instructions were clear, easy to follow and the examples provided with the material were very helpful.
Assessments were reviewed in a timely manner, all within the timeframes committed to by Fortress.

The TAE cert iv certainly isn’t an easy course to complete. I had to learn a whole new language and although I was expecting to be taught how to teach, it’s nothing like that - more like learning how best to support our students and to present the information to them in a way they can understand. The support provided by Fortress was really good - I chose the middle package as a safety net just in case I needed it. Initially my trainer was Brian, an awesome mentor, huge experience and very helpful. He left last year, and my new mentor was Richard - again fabulous support, almost always available relatively quickly and able to point me in the right direction. Marking turnaround was typically 1-2 days - shorter than the advertised time too which also helped.

I have no hesitation in recommending Fortress Learning to anyone looking to further their VET journey.

I was happy with the process. As an experienced VET practitioner, I didn't want to repeat knowledge. Guidelines and support were communicated early in the process. Assistance was available when necessary. Assessments were marked in a timely manner with feedback supplied. Staff were approachable and friendly.

The course was well presented and easy to navigate. I found the assessors fair and prompt with their marking. I did this course independently and despite a few speed bumps was supported to complete it successfully. Thank you Fortress Learning :)

Overall seemed fine, i did find some of the videos more of a waste of time than giving me the required information

I did the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. It was horrendous. Copious amounts of work and exorbitant amount of cutting and pasting in the knowledge questions and answers. I really didn't learn anything. I love learning and I love teaching, but this course could put you off both!
I had the support package and did the course fully online, which was tough. The course itself required a lot more hours to complete than I envisaged. I've previously done a Bachelor Degree, Post Grad degree and another Cert IV and this course has a comparatively massive workload (particularly for a Cert IV). The only positive factor in all of it was my trainer Deb, who was fabulous. She was very positive and always willing to help and strategise a way forward.

The modules were easy to follow and access and the trainer's were approachable and accommodating
