When I called Critter Control, I had already paid for service from two other companies. I was at my wit's end and was afraid that I would never get the help that I needed. From the start to the finish of the job, everyone that I had contact with was polite, informed and courteous. You have a great group of employees. Since I had paid the other companies, I was concerned about paying for a third service. Everyone seemed to be sincere and even though the cost was high, I was confident that I made the right decision.
As the job was being done, I observed the work. I was very impressed at the work ethic I saw. Everyone was working to the fullest. I asked questions on several occasions, and was answered respectfully. No one acted like I was bothering them. The last company that I hired treated me like I was crazy. I was told that I had squirrels in my attic and a trap was placed. They didn't believe that I actually heard scratching in the walls. Nothing was caught. When I called the company and asked them to pick up the trap, they never came.
I am glad that I took another chance with Critter Control. I am very pleased with the results so far. Keep up the good work!

After the initial shock of the initial home inspection, and subsequent recommendations, I can honestly say that the whole process went much smoother and fast than I could imagine.
The day started at 8:30 and they were finished by 2:00 PM. The crew leaders were very helpful in keeping me informed and up-to-date throughout the different steps in the sealing of entry points, removal of contaminated areas, cleaning and disinfection, and reapplication of the insulation.
Overall, there is now a "peace of mind" feeling, especially with the Lifetime Guarantee.

I doubt anyone likes to hear they have a rat infestation in their attic. I know I didn't! But, that's what the noise was in my attic. The first Critter Control representative, Kevin Connor, came out on Saturday and did a thorough inspection of my attic, and showed me what he found and gave me all the options available to me. I chose the permanent solution, and the one that would stay with the house should I ever choose to sell. He got on the phone and quickly set up an appointment for Tuesday of the following week. Everyone worked around my schedule, as I had to have my dog taken to the vet for heart-worm treatment the morning the Critter Control team was to arrive. They delayed their schedule and arrived around 9:30, right after I made it back home. I then met Nathan and Mark. Nathan was an incredibly intelligent and patient person. He made sure I knew everything that was going to be done. Fortunately, because Kevin had been so thorough, I had very few questions and no surprises. During the removal process, I had to leave for a dental appointment, but felt completely safe leaving the team of men at my house. Upon my return from the dentist, Nathan had completed the inspection of the A/C duct work and electrical wiring. He said there was one duct that had minor damage which they repaired. There was no damage to any electrical wiring. The solution was misting in the attic when I entered the house, but it wasn't horrible. I checked back in with Nathan just before they started blowing in the new insulation and we took care of completing the paperwork. He then left to start another crew and left me in the hands of Mark. Mark finished out the job, just like Kevin started days before, very thorough and professional. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team that showed up and immediately began working. I found each team member, that I had direct dealings with, to be very attentive, and very personable. I would recommend Critter Control to anyone who found unwanted critters living in their home. They went above and beyond my expectations. They repaired all my entrance points and replaced my used insulation. The foreman of the crew was extremely helpful and navigated me through the entire process. The crew was efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

My only complaint is the cost of the service. My jaw about hit the floor when the original representative gave me the quote. They did the most out of any critter control company out there and you get a lifetime warranty. Which I guess should constitute the expensive price tag.

If you have an infestation and need the work done quickly and efficiently, call Critter Control. They decontaminated, removed old insulation, cleaned, reinsulated, patched all my holes, caulked my entire house, put caps over all my entrance points, all in a 7 hour work day.

If you have the money, call Critter Control.

Never use these people. Their customer service is horrible. They started working
Feb. 18,2014. It is now Mar. 18, 2014 and I still have squirrels. Can't get a scheduled
appointment. You don't want to deal with these people. They got their money, that's all they care about.

When Wendy came to give us an estimate, she discovered how extensive the rat and squirrel infestation was in our attic. She explained very thoroughly how rodents invade a home, and how to completely rid the house of them without fear of future problems. She gave us all options, priced them individually and allowed us to choose the right plan for our budget. The crew that came to complete the work was quick, efficient, and very polite. They were very clean and extremely thorough. I would recommend Critter Control to anyone with a rodent problem.

The crew from Critter Control was very friendly, efficient and worked very effectively. My house smells mice and rat free and I am so pleased with their performance. I would recommend Critter Control to anyone.

They left my house in the same condition that they found it, but it was awfully expensive. Workmen were available to answer questions. Except for the cost, I would recommend them to anyone.

The salesman and working crew did an excellent job of protecting my house. I was bothered by the price of the treatment but felt better when I actually saw the work that the crew performed. There were areas that the salesman promised that could not be verified so there was no way to tell if the number of rats in the attic that he mentioned were accurate. He said there was 40-100 rats in the attic under the insulation. The crew chief said he saw 6-8 dead animals. Everything they said they would do was done professionally. I would have felt better if the salesman backed up what he said but the work was done professionally. I have no problems with the work of the working crew. They were outstanding.

I was very pleased with the quality of work and persistence to find and take care of the problem. I was kept informed of every step being taken and the reason. The crew was very nice considerate and timely. Jamie the crew chief was very respectful and kind and professional. Randy the General Manager also kept in contact with me to see that I was being taken care of correctly and was very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Our family found Critter Control to be extremely responsive & professional. This was true from beginning to end. It was obvious that all of their staff are well trained & knowledgeable.They explained the issues & solutions very clearly. Also, they were patient with us & our worries. They worked to schedule our job sooner rather than later. I was very pleased that their service people arrived on time for both the inspection & the actual work. Throughout the remediation process they provided updates. At the end of the work, they picked up the jobsite & took their trash away. I would gladly recommend them to friends & family.

We called these folks after another pest control company had failed to treat and diagnose a significant roof rat infestation in our attic. Everything was explained in detail and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Critter Control to anyone, plus you can't beat the lifetime warranty.

I heard some noises in my attic. I was concerned that I might have some kind of pest up there. I called Critter Control and set up a free evaluation. They confirmed my fears. Upon investigation it was determined that I had a mouse and rat infestation. I sheduled them to come out and correct the problem. In about 5 hours time they had completely removed the insulation, cleansed the attic with a disinfectant and blown in a new boric acid based insulation. They were extremely professional in the entire job. On the outside of my home they placed screens over any possible access spots and sealed any small holes that might have been entrance spots for rats or mice. I could not be any more pleased. I highly recommend this company if you have any kind of pest or critter problems.

On Friday, the assessor reviewed the property damage, identified the root cause and provided an overview of the steps required to address the problem. The next day, Jammy and crew showed up to my house in two extended cab pick-ups each towing 20 foot trailers. A crew of 7 people quickly broke apart the project into discrete tasks and provided me an overview of the steps they were going to take immediately to remedy the situation as well as the follow up work that would be completed over the next month in order to ensure the solution was 100% effective. About 7 hours later, all work was complete, the work site was cleaned, and all debris removed. Critter Control backs up their work with a life time guarantee so that if the problem arises again they will take care of it free of charge.

Their crew was fast, friendly, efficient, and very well managed. While other solutions are more affordable; the reliability of their solution and willingness to stand behind it is something I felt was worth paying for.

The Critter Control people were very diligent and responsive in the performance of the abatement of the problems we were having with raccoons & squirrels, etc in our attic. They did not quit until the entire process was complete regarding animal removal, insulation removal, disinfecting the attic, replacement with new insulation, sealing entry points and cleanup. They also had their people call to follow up and scheduled an inspection to make sure that there were no more animal issues-which there were not. I would recommend Critter Control to anyone with an unwanted animal issue.

I have lived in my home for 20 years and NEVER had a pest problem until this week. I was hearing running and scratching in my attic, and thought I had a squirrel or two that needed to be removed. I called Critter Control, and unfortunately, they said I had a major roof rat infestation. They immediately took charge of the situation by scheduling their teams for the next day, and from start to finish, they treated me and my home with utmost respect. They were knowledgeable, very apparently knew what they were doing, answered all my questions and got the job done in the most professional way. Although their services are not cheap, the peace of mind they've provided has been worth the cost. I hope to never have to call on them again for this problem, but if I do, I know I will get the best service available. I would recommend them to anyone!
