My husband and I were impressed with the knowledge of the service man who first came out to our home to diagnose the rat problem in our attic. We had been working with a pest control company and another wildlife management company, but when Critter Control came out to our home, we knew that they were the experts! The service man looked at our attic and knew how many rats were living there (even though they were under our insulation), how they were getting in and out, how other rats were being attracted to our basement and many more details. But best of all, he told us that Control could completely rid our home of rats and give us a lifetime guarantee that we would never have rats again! We were sold. It was not cheap, but with the lifetime guarantee and promise to match any other lower price convinced us. The day of the big rat removal was scheduled quickly and we were carefully explained the procedure they would use, as well as how they would fill or cover the eaves and other areas of our roof where the rats were entering and leaving. On the day of the rat removal process, we were impressed with the lead man who carefully explained what the crew of men were going to do that day and answered all our questions patiently. They made a big effort to go through our garage (and the opening there to our attic) instead of having to go through the attic door in our upstairs bedroom. They took pictures for us of the attic as they proceeded to remove all of our insulation and the rats (and nests). It was an amazing process and quite efficient. They then sprayed our attic, put in new insulation, patched and covered any openings around the outside of our home and roof and even painted over areas of trim work that they had replaced. My husband and I were very pleased with the entire process and are so happy to be rat-free!!

The guys showed up ready to work and they were pulling stuff out of the truck when I initially opened the door. The lead person went over everything that was about to happen. He went and inspected the area and listened to everything I told him I had seen when I went into the attic. They kept giving us updates on their progress and what they found in the attic once all the insulation was out. Fixed the raccoon's entry hole so well that I cannot even tell that there was damage in the first place. They finished a lot faster than I thought they would and the lead talked to us afterwards and explained the lifetime guarantee and if we had any problems don't hesitate to call them back out. He also explained that traps were left behind to catch anything that might have been missed and someone would come out to check and or remove them at a later date. Very professional team and they seemed to work very well together. They also sealed around the outside trim of the roof which was not expected.

They actually vaccine out ask the insulation and critters. Then they sanitize with an antibacterial that also eliminates the pheromones. The insulation they put on is coated with boric acid to keep the critters from coming back. At the same the time they do all the needed repairs on the house to close up any openings. They did a great job!

Critter Control cleaned out an estimted 80 rodents in our attic who had sneaked in through small crevices in our roof line. Using a powerful vacuum system they sucked out all of the old insulation, the rodents, and their debris. They sealed all of the possible points of entry around the house from top to bottom. They decontaminated the attic by applying a sanitizing agent. Finally they blew in a fresh "environmentally safe" insulation that has kept our home much warmer then the old fiberglass insulation during this cold Winter. It has been over three months and there are no signs of any critters at all. The professionals at Critter Control have made follow-up checks as part of their normal process and by our request. All of this came with a Lifetime Warranty against any critters from invading our home again. Our family feels much safer and are very pleased with the results.

Jammy and crew were excellent. Were courteous, kind and professional. Answered all questions and thoroughly explained every procedure. This was very expensive but couldn't have asked for a more professional job.

I was in a real panic when I got up Tuesday morning and the noise I had heard on Monday had eaten a whole about the size of an orange in my livingroom wall. I called Critter Control and they had someone over that afternoon to check out my problem. Roof Rats!!!! The team was able to come out the next day and start to work ridding my house of these unwanted invaiders. They worked so hard all day, on the roof, in the attic and all around the house closing all the possible places the rats were getting in. At the same time a crew was in the attic completely removing all the nasty insulation where the rats had been nesting. I never knew rats could cause such a problem....so nasty and destructive. They decontaminated the whole attic and then installed new insulation...much better than what was up there. They set out traps for any stragglers that might be left and they will come back weekly to check those until we are sure they are all gone. I was so happy with all the work that was done and how nice everyone was. It is very comforting to know that they guarantee their work with a life-time guarantee. Any future problem, all we have to do is call Critter Control to come to our rescue .These guys are the best!!!!!

Critter Control came to our house as we had what sounded like a thundering herd in our attic. Turns out they thought we had both rats and squirrels accessing our attic through numerous entry holes. A crew of 7 showed up, two trucks, and stayed half day and did exclusion work including eaves, roof vents, sealing our A/C lines, fascia, boards, garage and other entry points. For the amount of work the cost was reasonable. They are also returning once a week for 4 weeks to check the traps. We are very pleased and they were respectful, professional and cleaned up all the work sites. We are very pleased.

Critter Control sent out a large crew who were very professional and worked efficiently. The crew chief/supervisor stayed with the crew all day and made sure to physically inspect the work with me before they left to insure that it was all accomplished satisfactorily. A quality inspector contacted me the day after work completion and came to the house to further inspect the work the crew had done and make sure we were completely satisfied. So far, I am totally satisfied with Critter Control and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was hesitant to use Critter Control initially and had some concerns. However, I received a phone call from the management and my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. I was also able to provide feedback to the management on how to handle other customers with similar initial impressions like mine.
I utilized their services and the crew was very professional. I was able to ask questions during the process and the work was done efficiently and effectively. The workers took care of any and all areas of my home that were entries for pests and rodents and my home now feels like a fortress. I can now sleep peacefully at night knowing my attics are secured from unwanted animals. Another positive aspect of the lifetime warranty knowing my home will always hold a No Vacancy sign for unwanted critters.

I would highly recommend critter control to anyone with a rodent issue. I'm a single girl, living alone, so they have agreed to help me with any issues regarding trapping the rodents post their initial and thorough clean out of the attic. I've been able to get rid of the rats, without having to see a single one. Their lifetime guarantee makes the price well worth it.

before we called critter control we had no idea how we could ever get rid of the mice we had living in our attic. when Caleb came to our house to inspect our attic he explained their process to rid our house of any and all critters forever, we knew it was the only way to be pest free. Even though it was more costly than we had expected , it had to be done. I believe this has increased the value of our home and we are much happier knowing there is a lifetime transferrable warranty on our home against any future infestation. the employees at critter control are all professional, courteous , and a lot of great guys to have working around your house. We were told what the job entailed and had a firm quote by the end of the inspection. The work crew arrived on time and finished the job in 1 day. The work area was cleaned up in a timely manner. This was the second time we have used Critter Control and have been satisfied both times. We would definitely recommend them.

One morning when I woke up to a mouse on my nightstand, I knew we had a problem. I panicked and immediately packed bags and left for a week to stay at my mothers house with my dog, daughter and husband. I knew we couldn't stay in our home until all the mice were gone. I called Critter Control on a Monday and on Tuesday, they were out at my house and did the inspection and found out we were living with approximately 30-40 mice and 1-2 dozen rats in our attic. They were in our walls and were finding their way out in our home at night through tiny cracks and crevices to explore and party. I was so disgusted and wanted them removed immediately. Critter control was out and had the removal done by Friday and the insulation was blown back in our attic on Saturday. The staff was extremely professional and did a great job and made sure that we were happy and that our home was completely sealed off from future rodents. The only issue I came across was the communication between the front desk and the employees that came out to my residence weren't always on the same page, so that was a little frustrating. Times and dates got a little confused on when they critters were supposed to be removed. I spoke to the manager and things were patched up right away. Critter Control was very easy to work with in such a high stress time for our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone to get rid of their critter problem. They're a little pricey, but it is totally worth it to be able to sleep at night and knowing they were all removed at once and they didn't just bait and trap, that would have taken a lot longer. We did find a few mouse droppings after the removal, but turns out it was one mouse that was stuck in the walls during the removal and he couldn't get out since our home was completely sealed. Critter Control came back out and left traps and we caught it in one night. We have been mouse free ever since. Very good reliable company! I highly recommend!
