this is one of the worst companys ive ever used these our scrammers robbing customers they made agreement with me to refund 40 pound deposit and 40 pound on machine i returned the machine on that agreement but for the offer had changed 40 pound 17.00 on the machine which i wont agree to if there is 40pound put on a machine and it dont work then theres still 40 pound on it i have now booked my solictors to take this up for breach of contract

We feel totally scammed by this company. They told us we had a contract even though we didn't. We signed a direct debit thinking we did. In 2 weeks they had taken almost £400 with all sorts of strange debits (we previously only had a franking machine that we downloaded postage £50 every 3 months!) . We cancelled the direct debit and then got lots of letters telling us the fines and more fees that we would get thereafter also telling us we needed to insure the machine, with a ridiculous complicated and impossible process that we had to follow if we wanted to do this ourselves and if we don't do this as we obviously cant with this stupid process, they tell us they will automatically insure it, with undisclosed and obviously large fee. Then there are service charges etc. there is a large document charge that they don't make clear at the start either. They say old postage credit for the old machine will be transferred but no credit is given just more money debited. We told them to take the machine away. It is just a scam. But they ignore our emails and keep sending invoices with threats about non payment.
They pretend to be a legitimate company and say you have signed an agreement, but they at like total scammers! Totally misleading you and hoodwinking you into sign an agreement, but then once you have signed just start direct debiting you all sorts of amounts and fees and when you cancel the direct debit, they then threaten you with more fees and fines etc. I have never come across this amongst legitimate businesses before! they behave like total snakes, hoodwinking and tricking you into signing and then when you realise what a horrific Kafkaesque problem you now have, they just turn around, like a snake and say well you shouldn't have trusted us and signed it! They are not offering a service that we need, their main and only objective seems to get you to sign a binding agreement that you don't need in order to extract as much money from you as they can. Totally unsound business ethics if you ask me. I have never come across this amongst legitimate businesses before!
And once you have signed an agreement with them you start getting emails from other branches of this company like Francotyp-Postalia | 74 Questor, Powdermill Lane, Dartford, DA1 1EF and Ezlease, with all kinds of different addresses! Please beware and dont get hoodwinked and scammed by this company (ies)
The director did ring me yesterday but just told me that what I had written was not true. But if you read more reviews on this trust pilot you will find many that are incredibly similar to our experience. I hung up on him as I am just too busy to deal with all this rubbish. He just told me what I said was untrue, which it isn't and I am busy running a business and don't have time for all of this. It is really totally unbelievable. They are criminals running this business. We just have no time for all of this, there are just 2 of us, my 89 year old dad and myself running our small family business established in 1966. My mum died in May, my dad even wrote these guys a polite letter begging them to take the machine back and not debit us for all these fines, fees etc - we have done nothing wrong, we just send a few letters maybe 3 a week! but almost £400 in 2 weeks of direct debits is crazy!! They tell us not to stop the direct debit, but how can we trust them, they just debit what ever they like, whenever they like! They have absolutely no feelings, just greed. We are totally overwhelmed by it all, we got scammed into signing a contract and now are just bullied and intimidated by these people, trying to get more and more money from us. Why cant they just take back the machine? We will forgo any refunds we just want the intimidation and bullying to stop.
They didn't practise any duty of care, or any due diligence, didn't explain anything at all, didn't check if the we even needed to sign or needed the product, just sent a really innocent looking email telling us we had a contract with them which was up for renewal & that we needed to sign the contract. I assumed it would be the same terms, as they suggested in the email it was, (we only used to download £50 of postage every 3 months - that was our only expense!) and the next thing I knew i check the bank statement and see that just under £400 had been debited in 2 weeks, totally out of proportion to the 2 or 3 letters I send second class a week! If I had not cancelled the direct debit I am sure more would have been debited. So I cancelled and then the same week we get all sorts of letters telling us about extra insurance costs, extra fines we will incur for cancelling the direct debit etc. we realised that it was a big mistake and ask to get out of the contract (it is only a few weeks after we had signed) as it is totally out of proportion to the 2 or 3 letters we send a week and they say sorry, you shouldn't have signed!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company. Was called by Charlotte Hoey and told that our hire agreement had come to an end and that we needed to renew at nearly double the price. (I have the email where she says this). I then realised that this is not the real FP Mailing it is an offshoot so I called the real FP mailing and renewed at £19 a month less!! Then I emailed this woman and said we would not be going with her and she forwarded this to the real FP Mailing who then emailed to say we WERE still in contract. Fortunately I have just spoken with the real FP Mailing who were helpful and lovely to deal with. I am just so shocked that this company is allowed to lie and deceive customers. Will never use this company … advice is to watch out .. this is not the real FP Mailing.

Very helpful and efficient service, especially with regards consumable orders and accounts queries.

Their charges are astronomical and there are all kinds of extras if you are not careful (and even if you are!). Luckily we found out early on that you can get envelopes and labels at a fraction of the cost on Amazon. I also noticed that a large number of people came on in the spring of 2019 to write glowing reviews in a very similar style and yet no one has done so since - draw your own conclusions!

After using the franking machine for 3 years, I was quoted a renewal offer for another 3 years with exactly the same price. I was sent a 6 page contract to sign a new lease. I was no informed by FP,that they have CHANGED LEASING SUPPLIERS AND THERE WILL NOW BE AN EXTRA £120 documentation CHARGE & an EXTRA ANNUAL CHARGE OF £40.00 with the renewal. as these charges equate over 30%. I WONT BE RENEWING WITH THEM in the future.

Service is good and MyMail franking machine is good but you do have to buy the original cartridges and they love to overcharge for these.
