got a Farm simulator 2019 server and cancelt 1 day after

got a Farm simulator server, had an login admin console issue, waited 3 days to have an reaction because i had an dispute started on paypal. Otherwise great company to avoid. Service is really bad and if you deliver software as a service you CANNOT be so slow to react. every day and hour is payed for. Refund process will be started.

Customer support is utterly nosensical dont buy from them

Customer support is utterly nonsensical, with claims of being available 24/7, bought my server for Rust, did not even work at all despite writing in to support for over 24 Hours, total waste of money and my refund ticket has not even been replied yet.. Please do not buy their services

Fragnet review.

The word professional is the same as the current Swedish regim. Who ever is the head of the administration to this joke of a business seriously need to reconcider change profession. The support is honestly worse than Netflixs delay of releasing popular series 3 years later.

A friendly advice to anyone thinking of renting here, Its better to run your server on your nearest schools local network.

sorry i only have problems with this…

sorry i only have problems with this host
like every action needs loading
it's extreamly hard to navigate
can't even access terminal from homepage
you want custom jars well no you can't unless you contact support
it's expensive aswell like why for $23 you get 3 gb of ram gg xD
DON'T USE THIS ONE USE FOR AN EXAMPLE:
Server.pro
or litterly any other one.

Changed my mind...

edit:
support is good but the service itself is terrible, my server went offline 3 times for days without ETA for being online again, those days being WEEKENDS! when people like to play on their spare time. and looks like their support is not online on weekends (yeah lets just shut down this game server and wait untill monday... we can have it back on monday, right?) i have sent 7 tickets in total to fix all my issues in less than 2 months, and the same issue keeps happening. I now am going to cancel my service and shut down my game server and im not going to play my favorite game anymore because the only 2 host providers in south america is fragnet and i3d and no offense but i3d sucks with their packet loss and fragnet can't keep their sh** together.

had some difficulties with my server as well due to the way EA handled ping locations, but Christoffer was very kind and helpfull trying to solve my problems and very fast. He not only solved my server problems but i saw that he fixed the other servers hosted in the same country that were having the same connection problems in the same hour. He deserves a raise!!!

bought a server

had some difficulties with a server, and due to unforseen circumstance, had to cancel the server. staff was verry courteous and professional, and i recieved a refund with verry little hassle. i will be atempting to use them in the future for our ARK binge servers!

so i rented a game server for hong…

so i rented a game server for hong kong,but the sales website wasnt updated and so my server hasnt been setup at all.I sent a support ticket and they replied quickly and answered some of my questions nicely too,in the end i asked for a full refund and they gave me one despite their terms of service so i am happy with them

would rent a hong kong server from them if i need one in the future

Bf4 server in Germany

Just found out Fragnet has trustpilot and after seeing the negative reviews I felt like something is wrong.. I have a Battlefield 4 60Hz server with them in Germany (closest I could find to where I live in Greece) and the ping is really the lowest I have seen to Germany (40-45ms).

Support was helpful enough with the initial configuration of the server and also got me a procon layer setup with some plug-ins.
No complains so far (been using for a month now).

I will keep the review updated in case anything changes!

Hosting a modded DayZ server with…

Hosting a modded DayZ server with Fragnet for the past 2 months and so far it has been great! Had a bit of trouble in the beginning to install the mods etc but after opening a ticket they installed them for me <3

No complains so far from players about latency or lag, everything butter smooth

Fantastic company

Fantastic company. When servers have issues the staff will continue to work with you till their fixed, and thats IF a server even has a issue, I been working with Fragnet for many many years. Very friendly, very professional.

Finally improved protection in Singapore...

Currently host a RUST server with Fragnet in Singapore and Frankfurt.. We used to have a ton of attacks in 2018 on our Singaporean server however after last month they have fixed it and have proper DDoS protection!

Overall experience with support has been okay (Thanks Chris and Casey for your help) however I felt bad that they didn't consider fixing the protection in Singapore until last month..

Customer service is horrid

Customer service is horrid. Upwards of a day to even update status when they screw their control panel up, all the whole our community is falling apart. Don't use this company. They are recently bought out by another corporation and no longer give a damn about their customers, take forever to address tickets, etc. Absolute waste of money. Avoid at all costs!

I'm happy we paid via PayPal. They will get our money back.

Decent

Ive been with Fragnet since about 4 months, Never had a big issue, However this week my rust server has been down for like ~12 hours, Day later the webpanel was down, And then you get the ''We added a free 3 days to compensate you'' While causing problems for my server that will grow in a month radius, My server isnt just a gameserver, Its a business.
I have to compensate my VIP users etc for everydown time etc.

But yeah good host 4 Months no problems just last 2 days were messy.

They're not professional, definitely find someone else.

Their website sucks. You have multiple log ins and the "remember me" button never works on either of them. Any sort of navigating their website means you've likely entered in your two logins multiple times.
I had one of their website links take me to a login that they no longer supported for my game panel... when I couldn't login even after resetting my password I finally saw the small print "click here to go to the working login page".

Their customer support is awful. Once their website has successfully fooled you into thinking you're logged in and you submit a support ticket, they'll send you an email that says,

"You are currently logged in as a guest where we are unable to locate your services or verify your identity for security purposes. In order for us to proceed further, you will need to log into your billing account with us. Not only does logging into your billing account provide us with this information, it will also allow you to keep a ticket history where both parties can refer back to as needed. Please log into your billing account and get back to us so we can proceed further."

Why can you even submit a support ticket without being logged in? It's a mess. Also, they aren't particularly responsive. You may get a response that day, you may not.

The actual servers are pretty expensive for what they're offering. I've had servers go down as well and they never compensated me for the down time.

They do subscriptions with paypal, but if you cancel your services you have to then cancel your paypal subscription or it will keep paying them for their non-existent service. Which was fine maybe 10 years ago when servers were rare to find, but now it seems down right shady and negligent.

Support needs improvement

I have used Fragnet for more than six months now, so I feel like I can give a honest, educated review on this service. I rent a rust server through fragnet, and went through the expected growing pains of a modded server. The support is great! However, that is when they get to it. It often takes them hours to reply to a ticket. I understand that Fragnet is based in Europe, but they promise 24/7 service, but that proves false when I seem to need a quick reply the most. While I am forced to wait, my server is hemorrhaging players and all I can tell the loyal ones is that I am waiting for a fix.

tl;dr - Great support...when they eventually get to it. Takes hours for a response in some cases.

Outstanding Customer Service

Fragnet has to be one of the best (if not the best) hosting companies I have used. I decided to run my own Rust server mainly because I was so fed up of other servers just folding. I have absolutely no experience in running a server and thought "Surely it can't be that hard". Well truth be told, if it wasn't for the excellent help I got from the Fragnet Support Team, I would still be trying to configure my Command Line let alone a Server.

The Staff went above and beyond their duty to help me. My Support Tickets, numerous I might add, were always answered within minutes. Another member of the Staff Team took the time to go on to my server and correct a few files that I had wrongly placed.

If your looking for a good gaming host I would recommend Fragnet.
