It’s a complete scam
It’s a complete scam. I am not clear how they still operate and haven’t been shut down. I ordered with 5-10 days delivery timeline. Weeks later nothing I contacted support, they came up with excuse of lost in post. I then said refund me or I raise it to paypal. They promised to refund in 3 days, 5 days later nothing I messaged and they shut down the email account. I managed to get my money back via PayPal resolution. But please avoid it’s an actual scam!

This was an exceptional situation and not reflective of our normal service standards.

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. I had an absolutely positive experience with this company. The perfume arrived within a week and was absolutely identical to the one I once tested at a well-known department store. The sample arrived carefully packaged in a bubble mailer clearly marked “Fragile”. Inside, it was neatly wrapped in colored tissue paper and an additional layer of bubble wrap, ensuring it was well protected during delivery. I enjoy my favorite scent Tuscan Leather by Tom Ford every day and thank the company for the opportunity to experience beauty without having to spend all the money in the world.

Fast delivery, and the smell is amazing — exactly what I expected since I already knew the fragrance. Overall, a nice experience. They offer many different payment options, but for me, paying by credit card worked best.

Returning customer. I’ve never had any issues like those mentioned in some other reviews. I’ve always received authentic products. I believe the negative comments about packaging come from the fact that the perfumes are supplied in clear glass atomisers, which is clearly communicated on the website.Great shop with an excellent selection. Delayed delivery and once arrived the aftershave has what looks like a stuck on heart as a label. No fragrance name , now proper label and no box.
This was a present for my son. He says the smell is not the same ax he sampled from a friends genuine product and is not lasting.
