After several emails and no response from not recieving the item they messaged me on Instagram trying to blame me for not supplying correct delivery address which was a complete lie.
Said they would send another item if I closed my bank refund request as it would cost them an additional £50.00.
Never received second item either.
Complete liers and thieves,don't waste your money.
People like this should not be allowed to trade

Same as others say - first couple of emails from Mia (missing in action) blaming the post office for non delivery then nothing at all. Complete scam - do not order

Avoid at all costs—this is a fraud operation masquerading as a luxury fragrance retailer. I purchased what were advertised as genuine branded perfumes, but the products received were cheap, highly alcoholic counterfeits. The packaging was flimsy, and the scent was a chemical imitation that dissipated almost instantly. Upon discovering the fake goods, I immediately sought a refund via email and their online portal. The company employed a deliberate strategy of evasion, ignoring all communications. Do not trust this company with your money or your bank details.

Do not use it’s all fake and charge full price.
I’ve reported them to the relevant authorities.

Great store for niche fragrances! They sell decants, so you don’t get the original full bottle, but smaller portions taken from it — which is a perfect way to try exclusive scents that usually come only in large sizes. I’ve purchased several Louis Vuitton perfumes that are available only in 100ml or 200ml bottles, and I got them in 30ml decants instead. The fragrances are always authentic, and the quality is excellent. Shipping takes a bit of time, but that’s not an issue for me — everything arrives well packaged and in perfect condition. Awesome store, highly recommend!

Great experience! I’ve been buying from this shop for over a year now, and honestly, I don’t shop anywhere else anymore. The perfumes are 100% authentic, and I’ve always been happy with my orders. Unfortunately, it feels like only negative reviews stay visible — while Trustpilot keeps deleting the positive ones. Sometimes small glitches happen (even at the post office), but that’s normal when there are so many orders. Overall, I truly recommend this shop — I’ve had only good experiences!

Scammers. I never received my order. I tried to contact them multiple times, multiple emails and phone number and noone came back to me, it's been over a month now. AVOID!

This company is remarkable in providing extremely accurate and wonderful perfumes at a very good price. It is likely to be a small independent company and customers may have to wait from one week to several, to receive orders. However, the company fulfilled our order exactly and we were relieved when it arrived and pleased with the quality.

I have wanted a certain Chanel perfume for a while but at £250 a bottle I felt unsure so ordered £120 decanted bottle from Fragrance uk ... what a WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! it is like slightly scented dishwater! Not even the same colour as the original and smells revolting ! I am SO disappointed and very annoyed.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I regret no coming here to see the reviews before buying the samples from this company, I ordered 3 weeks ago , sent several emails and no respond whatsoever, at this point I am certain is a scam lost my money . DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY , SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STRESS.

SCAM, never send any product, just take your money and that's all.

EDIT: Alright, I wouldn’t feel right with myself if I didn’t leave a review based on the actual facts. I waited for the perfume for a month, but to my surprise, it did arrive — nicely packaged and everything was fine. So, perhaps they don’t respond to emails or are difficult to contact, but the product was delivered. Thank you.

Awful website, AVOID. I ordered a bottle of perfume which took several weeks to arrive, I sent them 5 emails, and tried to contact them via their live chat, to try to chase up my order as it was a birthday gift, they ignored all my messages and I received no dispatch email or tracking. I was surprised when the parcel finally arrived, as I assumed it was a total scam, however, the spray bottle the perfume came in doesn’t work, so I can’t actually get anything out of the bottle. I won’t bother contacting them to try to organise a return as they will obviously ignore that as well. Total waste of money and time. Absolutely awful company, avoid at all costs.

Have faith! Ok I ordered three weeks ago.. no response to emails.. nothing. I think the mystery ‘Mia ’ as mentioned in previous reviews might just be a comedic cover for ‘Missing in action’ by the company owner?! Anyway Came on here to look at previous reviews and thought the worst but….. having hatched plans to do a card chargeback and contact company owners through companies house because the lack of communication (which is atrocious) .. I finally got my samples today. So bear with, put up with the lack of communication,( not that anyone should really ) shocking customer service but they will eventually arrive. Not ideal, but not a scam.

Happy customer! I have received my order within 3 weeks, my order arrived with the gift. Will definitely buy again! I think they are very overwhelmed with the orders but short on staff hence long delivery time. Definitely need to work on customer service. But not scammers definitely valid company.

Steer clear of this scam; they take your money and don't send anything.

Ordered from them in August. Still hadn't received anything in October. Any contact with them when ignored. To me this is a scam that should be avoided

Avoid this company if you dont want to lose your money.
I wished I had checked Trust Pilot before placing my order.
Now having to raise a case with my payment card to see if theres anything they can do.
If I could give zero stars I would.
****Edit to this review the item did eventually turn up and I imediately raised it with the company that the smell and colour did not look like or smell like a sample of perfume received direct from Chanel.
I asked Fragrance Revolution Boutique to please allow me to return the item..told "no" they dont allow returns?
My bank has not accepted the charge back originally raised as non receipt as they did eventually arrive but I have now updated to goods not as described.
Wish I had checked Trust Pilot before I placed my order in first place.
By the way the company is very responsive to charge back and emails were flying from them!
They were not very polite and at one point accused me of being"a dishonest customer"!
Whatever happened to customer service?
Please take my advice and stay well clear of this company.

As everyone else is saying, they're a bunch of rip off merchants. DO NOT order from this website. 'Mia' and whoever else is behind this website are scumbags. Lesson learnt.

I wish I checked the reviews before ordering, please avoid. Order never received. Absolute scam and I'll escalate this with the National Cyber Security Centre to take their website down. Absolutely disgusting. Fraudulent website like this will be taken down.
