The company is a scam. Money £112 taken and goods not received.

I ordered a sample coming to £19 (extremely relieved l didn't buy the full bottle), it has now been over 28 working days and this still has not been received. I've emailed making enquiries, with no response. Kicking myself, as l usually check Trust Pilot and other reviews. I do not recommend this business at all.

Total scam, really annoyed with myself I didn't check the reviews first.

No response to any emails, webforms, the phone number does not exist. For context, order accepted and payment taken back in August, case now raised with my card provider

3 weeks in and still no order, £115 out of pocket. Don’t reply to emails so looks like Ive been scammed. Wish I seen all these reviews

Ordered 2 samples on impulse and then read all the bad reviews. Within 10 minutes contacted them via 3 contact channels to cancel order. I have received no acknowledgment of my messages and money taken from my bank account. 2 weeks later & no products or info. Avoid this company. I fear I’ve been scammed like so many others.

Placed an order 15 days ago. Still not received it, despite paying for next day delivery. They have ignored all forms of contact and still haven’t sent me an update on the order. Scammers.

Avoid. Just read reviews after not receiving my order. No reply to messages about the order. Going to ring my bank and see if I can get my money back. So annoying as top of Googles list. ScAMMERS

Please do not buy from this fake company they took my £70 for a perfume and it didn’t arrive and they ignored all my emails I reported them to my bank and my bank said they are a fraud company who takes peoples money

BEWARE!! I made a big mistake by not reading reviews before I ordered perfume from this rogue outfit.
After waiting 3 weeks I at last got a reply from “Customer service” saying it had been ‘send’ (sic). I have asked for a refund but everything’s gone quiet. I’m resigned to having had £70 stolen from me by these crooks.

Perfume took an age to be delivered and when it did it was a fake, fragrance lasts 10 minutes

I can confirm that this website is not a scam. It took a long time 3-4 weeks to receive my order with no updates and no confirmation from the shop. Their customer service needs improvement but this is a small business struggling to keep up with the number of orders they receive ( as I was told via email). The perfume samples I've received are wonderful and I will order again. Ordering small samples are such a great way of trying new perfumes but this shop needs to improve on their customer service skills!

Spent £30 on perfume, received no confirmation of purchase (but the money left my bank) then received nothing. Still waiting 3 weeks later. Emailed them but no response. I am going to pursue small claims court and complain to companies house.

Awful experience. If only I had visit trust pilot before ordering from them!

I ordered two Santa Maria Novella perfumes both of which were completely different to the perfumes ordered. They weren’t even Santa Maria Novella. I politely emailed giving them a chance to correct the issue however no response received. I tried again, including a contact through the online form, both with no luck. Companies like this should be shut down as they’re a total scam.

Don’t buy anything from them online Because I bought 3 perfumes and I never received my order and they don’t have contact details as well . There is email but they don’t answer I bought three fragrance perfume and it’s been 20 days didn’t receive any one yet when ask they keep saying you order was send but they lie . It’s a Big SCAM ….. don’t buy anything

Ordered some Fragrance over two weeks ago and still waiting. No response from multiple emails sent requesting an update and now refund. Really poor service

Aftershave is fake, smell lasts about 10 minutes complete waste of money and time

It’s a scam website, take your money and do not send the product.
Don’t believe the 5 star reviews, they are all part of the scam
