I paid £120 for a 30ml perfume and it arrived in a non-original bottle... with no guarantee that it is original... don't spend your money in this shop

Non responsive customer service.
I paid £70 for some aftershave. Initially had response that item was out of stock. Then got notification was going to be sent out to me. But waited 10 days and nothing.
A further 3 emails sent out and no response. Avoid at all costs. Not to be trusted

I was sent fake perfume. Smelt nothing like the original. Complete scam and do not buy!

My experience with this company was an unhappy one. I had an allergic reaction to the fragrance, when I contacted the company via the online form they did not respond. when I requested a chargeback from Klarna I very quickly got a response via email from Mia asking me what the issue was. After explaining via email, I was told that I could not expect a refund and a vague accusation that I was expecting a free bottle of fragrance as a gift. Instead of addressing the fact that they ignored the online form I had completed, I was told that I had put them in an unfair position by requesting the chargeback.

Be very careful when using this company, the products are not good and the customer service is appalling

If you don't want to lose your money and your time please don't bother to order from this site because they won't give you their time (won't answer your emails) and you will never see your money back !
After many emails they couldn't be bother to get back to me ... I just lost my money

I ordered 2x 10ml Peony Couture on July 10th with the expectation from the website that shipping would be 3-5 business days.

After reading a few reviews here I starting getting a bit worried. According to the order tracking on the website, the order has been fulfilled but tracking on the Shop App said that shipment was being prepared. I hadn't received any notification of a change in order status since the original acceptance email I got when I placed the order.

I contacted customer services by email on 18th July and received an immediate reply saying they would look into the order status.

I received the shipment on 19th July. The fragrance is spot on (we still have some of an original bottle to compare against). The packing and presentation was super and my wife was really pleased to receive her gift.

From that perspective I couldn't be happier and would use/recommend Fragrance Revolution again but for a 5 star review, I would suggest that the current system of order status notification is improved to give the buyer timely updates and a little more confidence.

I made an order on 9th July, it’s now 24th July and I still have not received it, even after sending 2 emails with NO REPLY! I spent £89, scammers!

The perfumes were delivered really promptly . What a great idea to be able to test these expensive perfumes before you buy

DEFINITELY DO NOT TRUST!

The sample of the scent I ordered smelt cheap, very naff and nothing like the original perfume. The make of perfume on the label of the plastic vial was spelt incorrectly and was printed on bad quality paper so the print bled.

The packaging (envelope and tissue paper) was fairly decent but what a waste of money - they could be making a few pennys more!
I feel a bit sorry for them as they must be desperate.

I am lucky as I didn't lose too much money but it's sad that others have so please please BEWARE of this company!

Scammer. Paid £175. Quoted 2 days later delivery. 12 days later nothing and no response from the company. Now making charge back claim against this scammer.

I ordered I recently ordered Blue Talisman Parfum by Ex Nihilo and Louis Vuitton Symphony. Unfortunately, the fragrances don’t smell as expected and differ significantly from my prior experiences with these brands, raising concerns about their authenticity. As a matter of fact they have sent me cheap perfume thinking i can’t tell the difference. Proceed with caution when ordering.

My package arrived after a week and was in a pretty pink bubble wrap envelope. Inside the envelope each sample had been individually wrapped in tissue paper, twisted at each end so that the samples looked like sweets. I thought that was so cute! These are genuine samples and I am delighted with my purchase. I've no idea what all these negative reviews are about. This is a bona fide company trying their hardest for their customers.

I have purchased several perfumes from this lovely shop and the fragrances were always superb, the true original smells in small (Non-original) bottles for a fraction of the price.

I could have never afforded to buy the full bottle for £300-400 a go and this was I can enjoy the perfumes I love for affordable price.

You must remember that the bottles are not what you see in the shops and that’s what keeps the prices low. I buy fragrance, not the bottles.

Besides the design is super convenient to throw in your handbag and take with you when you are out.

I just love this idea and the whole experience. Could not be happier.

My son purchased from this site some aftershave in March this year and as of today's date he has not received anything. Correspondence from this site or individual have been made to no further ado, it seems that this Company/Individual do not have any trading address and is using a website only to deceive people further, I can not understand how this Individual/Company can continue to carry on trading especially with the negative reviews. Trust Pilot need to take action against false adverts and despeniton against Fragrance Revolution Boutique. I am in the process of contacting Trading Standards along with the site allowing this Company/Individual to continue selling on this site!

I recently purchased a 30ml Louis Vuitton Imagination. With delivery fee it was over £100. It got delivered in a Jiffy bag with the bottle just wrapped in paper. The name of the aftershave looks like it was stuck on by a child who’s never had a sticker album and they didn’t even bother to copy the correct bottle. It’s genuinely one of the worst fakes I’ve ever seen.

Absolutely terrible scam. please be aware - they send out fragrances in thin clear bottles and tell you that the fragrance you are buying is the genuine one ... where is the proof ? It could be water in the clear bottle for all I know.They show a picture of the original and say that you are getting the same as in the picture ! I spent £154 on a fragrance and the thin , clear bottle leaked !! This lady Mia will not help me at all - I have now contacted Klarna who I paid through and they are helping me.Dont fall for this scam , please be aware of Fragrance Revolution Boutique, never again !!!

Ordered 30ml of LV Pacific Chill on the 19th of April ! After a few weeks I was not getting any response to my emails ! I thought I’d been scammed ! I’d ordered a few samples from them before with no issues ! Due to them relocating premises my order was delayed ! Parcel arrived 4 weeks later ! Happy I got my package ! I think this was just a glitch ! Otherwise good customer service ! Will buy again ! 😊😊😊

I ordered two items on 25th February. I received one around 2.5 weeks later, but there was no sign of the second one, which I queried. First I was told it was out of stock, then they were moving premises and would send it when that was sorted, then that it “should have arrived by now”, then they just blanked me altogether. I told them I’d be reporting it, and chalked it up to experience. Imagine my surprise this morning (14th June) 15.5 weeks after ordering, my second item finally arrived out of the blue, along with a little freebie! So I really don’t know what to make of this company! The perfume samples I’ve (eventually) received are genuine, but I would never risk ordering from them again!

They are shit. Do not use this company! Apparently Royal Mail had lost my parcel twice and when I complained fragrance boutique just kept on saying they will send another one out. This never arrived! I placed my order in march and it is only from today I have received my refund. They are full of bullshit. Don’t waste your time. Spend the extra dollar going through a legit fragrance website company. At least it will turn up on time or at least it will be dealt professionally.

Do NOT use these, waited two weeks and did NOT get what I was expecting. I ordered Jo Malone and in no way do I believe it's Jo Malone, smells much stronger than the original. You order as the pictures advertise but get different bottles with home printed labels on. Don't believe the 5 star reviews either.
