My perfume smelt nothing like Chanel Allure

I ordered the crybaby perfume and they sent me a fake. The crybaby perfume is supposed to be very milky. The sample that they sent me was extremely clear which makes no sense so I contacted them about it to which they sent me a long email defending themselves. I emailed back again saying I did my research on the perfume and they definitely sent me a fake and I would like to do a return/refund. (btw it also smelled NOTHING like the notes mentioned and smelled like pure chemical that could genuinely be a health hazard!!) They then ignored my email because they obviously do not want to send me a refund. It was my mistake for not doing thorough research on the website because I've seen many people saying they've also received fakes and had emails ignored! And to top it all, I even saw someone on fragrantica say this website stole their fragrantica review with their full name! How sketchy! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER. Avoid my mistake! It's better to be safe than sorry! They lie about their authenticity!

Not recommended. Ordered on 13th January and still not received item ordered. Have emailed company to follow up delivery and have been completely ignored. They also appear to have added royal mail tracking numbers to my order which are completely irrelevant to me and my address also.

It's a terrible service. I made an order 14 days ago, still haven't received it, wrote in support, they said Monday. and ordered a lot more. Still waiting, disgraceful

I received my perfume on time. It's just as i expected, a small amount of the original. Not the original bottle of course. I could not afford a full bottle of perfume, so this is perfect . . . the authentic perfume in a small vial. Thank you!

I ordered LV imagination I think it was a fake. The order came in a very blue liquid and I have just had my LV imagination arrive from the LV online store and it’s a complete different colour.

This is an absolutely brilliant idea. My daughter wanted to try Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche but buying a full size before knowing for sure seemed daft. This idea is perfect as she also often changes what she wears so either way 10ml is just right. Smells great & nice simple spray bottle.

Where do i start.....came in cheap glass bottle with perfume name stuck with sellotape on the side. Packaging was a pink sheet of tissue paper and a pink heart sticker keeping it together. Cant give this to anyone as a present. Seen better on the street markets. Asked for a refund just get long lengthy replies. Also this perfume does NOT smell authentic. Avoid!!!

I’m almost certain that the sample of Chanel No.19 I received was a fake. The middle and base notes smell very different to samples I have tried instore and there was barely any longevity. It smelt to me like a very poor imitation.
I’ve emailed to ask for a refund and received several very lengthy and defensive emails.
I’m writing this as I spent over £20 and thought I’d get 10ml of edp. In retrospect, that’s too good to be true, as Chanel would never be that cheap, so I should have known.
I do not believe this is a company selling genuine samples.
I’m posting this to try to help others not make the same mistake.

I wish I have read these reviews before buying..
Waiting for more than a month for my order then I find out that they forgot to send me the dispatch email! When I chatted to them asking for explanation they became rude and claimed that the delivery of the item has been successful which is simply not true!
When challenged further, they simply did not reply and were not willing to provide me with a refund or compensation.

Now I am here with no item received or refund so if you don’t want to end up like me AVOID!!

There was a slight delay in shipping but the seller was communicative and helpful; everything arrived on time for Christmas. Well packaged and smelled divine!

Excellent service. Beautiful fragrance. Authentic perfume. I’m coming back for more. It’s a great source to test some exquisite but unknown perfumes before investing into a full size bottle.

I read some interesting reviews of people saying it wasn’t an original bottle or packaging. Of course, how could it be if it is a sample.

Came across a particular aftershave in a London shop recently and liked the scent which lasted for hours but was only available in larger bottles. Found Fragrance Revolution online where smaller, ‘decanted’ quantities were available at a more modest cost. Received my 10ml atomiser very quickly and beautifully wrapped. You don’t get an original maker’s bottle but the aftershave smells and lasts as it should. Very pleased indeed.

Prices are good, cheaper than other places, perfume of good quality and sent promptly. Good customer service and communication, happy experience overall

Lovely perfumes, came through in a beautiful and thoughtful package. The seller was quick in answering my emails, very polite and easy to communicate with. I ordered 2 perfumes. One came through very quickly. The other took a bit longer, but the seller explained the situation and offered reassurance. She has also included a little gift to compemsate for the delay. My experience was great and I will buy again for sure. It is a company that respects the customer.
