Absolutely low quality frame, poor packaging and quite awful customer service.

Absolutely low quality frame, poor packaging and quite awful customer service. I recently purchased an A1 frame from their Etsy shop and when it arrived it was damaged and dented due to the careless way they packaged it.
I requested a refund but the company is proving unwilling to give me my money back and to take back their damaged item. Absolutely an awful experience. Will not recommend at all.

Quality control needs improvement

Simple ordering and quick delivery, however the frames I have received are poorly made.
They are often chipped and frayed at the joins.
For some reason the back boards and Perspex fronts are cut to the EXACT size of the frame, which makes it impossible to take out and put in again when you want to add your picture. I cannot understand why they do this, and the company should seriously improve their quality control.

If they improve, I will order again, but I have made 4 orders with them now and nothing seems to change :(

I ordered 2 frames over a fortnight ago…

I ordered 2 frames over a fortnight ago and still they have not arrived .On making enquiries, I was informed that another order had been made and that the previous had 'probably been lost in transit'.
I am still waiting for delivery.
Admittedly , the company offered a refund , but I've stuck with it , in the hope it will arrive.
A refund is likely to be the way forward should I not receive my order by tomorrow.
Not a good introductory experience to Frames Plus Ltd.,

received a damaged item

received a damaged item sent email on the same night and photos also sent. 1 was told i can return back but i had to pay for the return cost to get a refund of my item. avoid do not buy from them as not helpful at all

Good customer service

1 less than 5 because I only received 6 of the 8 frames I ordered. However, customer service was very quick and efficient in resolving it for me. I am still waiting for the missing 2 but have confidence that they will arrive soon.
The frames are good, as expected for the price I paid. Will likely shop here again (assuming the missing 2 do turn up) thanks!
