Until now I could not get an update about my shipment. Airfrance is telling me to call chronopost to follow up and chronopost are telling me that the sender (airfrance) has to arrange for pick up that didn’t happen yet! Please someone help me! I tried to call airfrance in the airport the person picking up is diverting me to the call center of airfrance and the call center is telling me I have to call airport people as they don’t handle items that were left on the plane.
I paid everything to make sure I get my item and until now it’s pending the sender (airfrance in the airport) to give the shipment to chronopost.

I can't find a way to enter the date of loss on the form, which means I can't submit the form. The date box just displays "NaN/NaN" or remains blank.

Can anybody tell me how to enter the date? Please.

FOLLOWUP: France Objets Trouvés tells me you need to accept cookies and disable your extensions.

Poor service, impossible to speak to an actual person so everything carried out by on line forms. Informed me at one point that an item matching the description of the lost item had been found but was not mine. Had to perservere and eventually found out that it was mine. Attempted to pick up the lost item on my return journey via CDG airport but that was a complete joke, was told to go to 3 different desks at different parts of the airport and ran out of time. Generally didn't seem bothered and not interested in helping. Only the fact that I did receive the item, after paying for postage, saved them from 1 star.

The lost and found process was simple to use and very efficient. The only change would be to have the lost and found facility on site at the airport to make it more convenient to retrieve the lost item.

Very quick response over emails and clarifications about the process and good interactions with the team locally. However, it was really complex to execute the whole process during the transit time in Paris. The whole recovery took 2h and it was not a smooth flow. My mother and son had to leave the international area to go and fetch the phone. People were not really clear about the procedure and it proved to be a lot more complex than expected. Eventually it worked out but I believe the whole execution phase could be simplified.

France Objets Trouves was extremely helpful in tracking down my lost IPad and communicating with Lyon St Exupery Lost and Found department. My iPad is safely home in Florida, USA and all of my photos from my lovely trip to Aveyron and Lyon are secure. Merci Beaucoup!

i lost my passport inside of the plane (air franece becuase of the conection and because i hace an extra one i contnue my fllight
i used the web site to request is receive answers in frenh and was not clear if the y do find it or not. the asked me for money so i thought my passport was kidnaped and not lost i didn't want to five CC details withou being sure that is true (it seems lick a trick or something not serious at all!) I calle d many time to ari france service in sao paulo and they do not know also if it was found or not 9i spent hours on the line and nobody gave a claear answer.... On my way back to Paris I went to lost and found office of sky priority and WILFRED was the only human that gave me answers and help . They asked me to pay by the website (ony in french but it didn't work so the supervisor (allowed to return my passport without paying) the supervisor didn' answer my good morning or my thank you well he don't even wached my eyes but at this stage i didn;t care of his absence of human tratment that was the style all arround the issue. only WILFRED was gREAT THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR RETURNING MY LOST PASSPORT
