I love your brand
I love your brand, i have spent some years in Copenhagen in the past. My first baby was born there and he cannot sleep without his "ninni"- so he call your Herbert dog cuddly, even now he is 3 years old. I have bought 3 of that becouse he has scuffed it twice !
Now we are back in Italy, but you remained still in the heart in all of us and specially to our child Giulio.

Great products and a top shopping experience
I bought the BabySpyder baby gym and carry bag from Franck & Fischer. The two items totalled over €100, so my order qualified for free delivery.
As far as I can tell the items were sent out either that day (Monday - as I received a UPS confirmation email) or the next (when I received the shipping confirmation from Franck & Fischer. A great turnaround!
As this was shipping from Denmark to me in the UK, I expected it to take a few days. The items arrived on Friday, exceeding my expectations, especially as I had not paid for delivery.
Items were nicely packed - a pleasure to open - and not only that, but Franck & Fischer had packed-in a free Rasmus soft toy - it brought a smile to all our faces, including our baby.
Overall a great shopping experience and very high quality goods. Top marks all round and I would not hesitate to recommend.
