Frank Knighton Suite Choices Reviews 

This is the only time we have ordered furniture off the internet and we're a little worried about doing so, however Mick Barsby from Frank Knighton completely put our minds at rest, with his knowledge and description of the furniture as it was a Clearance Sale, we asked many questions, all of which were answered by Mick quickly and accurately and because of him we decided to purchase and on receipt of the sofa and chairs we are so glad that we did, the Parker Knoll suite is fantastic and at such a great price we are over the moon! So thank you very much Mick, I would definitely buy from Frank Knighton again a terrific buying experience.

Recently had an electrical problem with our three year old recliner reported to shop and they came asap fixed it with no charge or fuss.

So much choice, but we already had in our minds what settee we wanted, but still lots of choice. This was worth the wait and to be honest I didn't think it was that long to wait, it went really quickly. And when it came, was not disappointed. Great comms arranging time to deliver and a great team that arrived. Not sure now how they managed to get it in our house, but they worked miracles. Well done lads.

Frank Knighton is definitely a name to trust. I bought furniture from the Ilkeston showrooms and it was almost 2 years before I could have it delivered, due to personal circumstances. It was immaculate on arrival and was unpacked and assembled/put in place by Nick and Nelly. They didn’t leave until everything was ‘just right’. Lovely, personable and professional people who clearly value family and providing excellent service. Thank you so much to Mick, Nick, Nelly and Mabel. Oh, and the icing on the cake - best prices you could possibly find.

In the last 18 months we have purchased a three piece suite and two chairs, the service we received was exceptional and cannot thank everyone at Frank Knighton enough, continue the good work.

From ordering to delivery everything was straight forward.
The delivery was excellent and the delivery guys took care when bringing the furniture into the house and assembling it.
Will recommend to family and friends.

They picked up two sofas to refurbish them. They gave us two similar sofas on loan and returned our sofas in time and refurbished to a brilliant standard. Honestly, I didn't know how effective the refurb would be, but it's a reasonably priced, 5 star treatment. Nothing was too much trouble, fantastic service. Cannot praise enough.

Bought from Frank Knighton's for the last 20 years and never been disappointed. Excellent service and fantastic products, highly, highly recommend.

Side note on the "poor" reviews I have seen for this company, I find when a company has mainly good reviews and only a handful or poor ones, it comes down to the person and not the company. Unfortunately too many "Karen's" out there now.

Just bought a bespoke Frank Knighton suite. Not cheap and a 16 week wait for delivery but we'll worth the wait. We ordered extra height on the rear of a chair and extra width on the settee and this was as requested and the upholsterers were first class with the pattern matching exactly throughout. The staff were also first class from the sales personnel to the delivery guys. Highly recommended.

Excellent service before the sale. Good quality furniture but after sales service extremely disappointing. 3 phone calls completely ignored. Email sent and nobody had the courtesy to reply. Been waiting over 3 weeks for something we were told would take 1 week

Great service at shop when we went in to order our g plan settee and chairs. Great advice and even a coffee whilst we ordered ! Furniture arrived earlier than manufacturer stated but company stored them until we had the room ready. The care and attention of the delivery was first class. Definitely recommended

We bought a three peice suite off Frank Knighton just over a year ago. It was delivered in January. At the time of ordering and delivery we were
told any problems just let us know.
After a few weeks the back cushions were losing their shape so we reported the problem. Only after adverse comments on docial media did a representative come to see us. He told us we needed to dress the cushions to get them back into shape. We also told him the seat cushions were hard and uncomfortable. We were assured they would soften in time. Well 10 months later they have not. So we went to see them. The same suite in the showroom was much softer. Thats because it has been sat on much more apparently. We need to jump up and down on our cushions to soften them we were told. Really! I sit on my cushion 10 times a day all together 5 or 6 hours a day and the cushion has not softened but customers randomly sitting on the showroom suite for a minute or two works a treat. I don't think so. We have sent a message of complaint on messenger but it has been ignored.
So despite all the promises of customer service when ordering that appears to be just sales pitch. The truth is they won't do anything that costs money to sort out out your problems once you've paid.

Only just coming to replace this sofa after 11 years and that’s because it’s faded in the sun. We didn’t have an expensive ‘brand’ one either.
Their after care is second to none. We noticed the frame had broken underneath after about 4 years, we contacted them and they came and took it away and gave us another sofa to use whilst it was repaired. The cushions do flatten after time but they will refill them as many times as you want them too free of charge.
Can’t recommend them highly enough, proper craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Looking around at different companies for a replacement and I am horrified by the reviews I read for other sofa companies which prompted me to leave this glowing review.
I can’t find anything with the same quality elsewhere and I’m tempted to just as Frank Knighton to recover this one as I’m sure it’s got years of life left in it.

What a really nice, non pressurised atmosphere! I went to the Ilkeston store, massive choice. Nobody follows you around but at the same time they don't ignore.

I just bought a suite. Really polite, lovely staff. Delivery: - included - storage for when I want it? - included. Not one attempt or even suggestion for any "extras" at all. Absolutely first class.

A lovely experience from start to finish. Gillian was attentive, informative and helpful from the moment we entered the store. Thank you for the advice, we are looking forward to our new sofa being delivered.

We are so pleased to have found Frank Knighton, they have been excellent all the way from visiting their showroom in Ilkeston - very friendly approach and just the right balance between letting us look around at our own pace, and being on hand with sound, professional advice (thank you Mabel) - with excellent communications while our sofa and chairs were being made, to spot on delivery. This is such a great company through and though. High quality products and excellent value for money.

Recently needed to obtain a riser-recliner armchair for elderly Mum leaving a care home. Mick and all other staff we came into contact with couldn't have been more helpful throughout entire process from ordering to final delivery.
