I was given a text to attend a 2 week SIA CCTV course, I accepted the course taking 2 weeks off work, after completing the first week, I came in the following Monday as they told me to do, and they are now telling me "your lesson isn't this week, we'll call you when to come in" VERY unorganized company if they had said that in the beginning I would booked off 1 week of work.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

TEACHERS CONSTANTLY LEAVE THE CLASS AND WOULD FAIL YOU BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE POWER TO.

i have nearly finished my online free to learn nail course and i have nothing but positive things to say i had Emma teach and she's lovely shes an amazing tutor and the zoom calls have been so chilled absolutely amazing experience i have gained so much confidence and learned a lot that will help me in the future to gain the career i want i want to go on to level 2 and level 3 and can only hope who ever tutors that is as lovely as emma

So because of lockdown we started the course on zoom where we all got to meet each other and our teacher, then once we were able to meet in class it was fantastic, had a great time learning as our teacher was great and was always there for us if we needed anything or any help and not to mention how lovely she was! I would 100% recommend doing this course as everyone in the collage is so lovely and friendly and now I have finished my level 2 I will miss my teacher and the people I met there! Hoping to go on to do level 3 here, so I will look forward to going back.

I am a current learner doing Level 2&3 nail technology so far I have lots of new new techniques and games lots of new information that I did not know no. I am learning so much more art and design now that I am nearly finished up with my level 3. What made this course extra fun and informative is my teacher Cheryl she is a wonderful and understanding teacher and very funny and always happy to help.🥰 Also the make-up teacher Zara has gotten me out of a pinch when I didn't have a model to work on on and helped me through my observation through level 2 which😇😇😇 I have passed 100% completion these ladies will go above and beyond to help out the students even if you're not in their class. The staff that I have met at free2learn have been very kind and very helpful even if I'm not their student I think more people should know about this organisation thank you very much for all your help inspiration and kind words that helps me through my exams.💞💞💞

I am a current learner at free2learn studying level 2&3 nail technology and have been in a class with an amazing teacher called Cheryl and lovely staff including Zara the makeup teacher and the security. I have learned amazing techniques which I know majority of nail artist can not do and won’t do. Even with COVID-19 restrictions and lockdown my teacher has kept me and the whole class up to date with our learning. I currently have started my own business as a nail technician while continuing the level 3 part of the course until June.

Free2learn should be awarded the worst of the worst training organisation in the UK. I am really shocked to see other people are going true the same issues of long waiting to be trained on a cscs card. It has taken 5month to complete just upto IOSH course. Almost every day I call several numbers of their staffs no answer and sometimes they text you saying they will call you back but they don’t call back. It’s really sad to see that free2learn is not as good as my trainer Arthur Mureverwi says they are good..the bosses should be ashamed of themselves.some of their staffs like mica,abiola and sahad needed to be re-trained on how to pick up the phone or call back a miss call and respond back to a text message rather than ignoring.

I think I will give this organization a miss. They don't respond to your calls and I do not even remember signing up with this company. I was just seeking a regular green CSCS card which is a one day course. Instead I got an invitation to do a English and Maths assessment and a 4 week unrelated zoom course, because of stupid clinches in their USA system, I only got 56% in the English assessment, what absolute bull when my English/Grammar is perfect. Coupled with all these bad reviews about not sending out cards and certs, I am glad I did not send them sensitive information i.e. my universal credit statement etc; think I will give them a complete miss and go directly to CSCS which you can also get funds for if you are currently unemployed.

I started on Zoom lessons for Makeup course,during the pandemic .I'm very happy and enjoy with this class with teacher Zara. The teacher who is name Zara very nice, polite very patient girl. On zoom and back class room both ,I learn so much about beauty industry, teacher is great and give all attention when we need she explain every details giving us. ALSO She gives us positive energy . I have really enjoy the MAKEUP COURSE with ZARA.I'm truly recommend this class my friends.

I don’t recommend Free2Learn at all as they lie and don’t respond to your emails to explain what will happen after the 1 month training and that training is not related with what my course was about. I never had the chance to start and finish my Business Admin course. They never sent the promised certificates. Don’t spend your time and energy with them.

fun and it wasn’t just studying she made us feel like of we were friends or family she made us feel so comfortable at all
times. She was very flexible, supportive and understanding. Very flexible when taking our breaks and answered all questions when we weren’t unsure of something.
She would help us when needed at all times and will do a small
demostration on how to do certin tasks. She has been very supportive and gave us confidence when doing practical and theory work and encouraged us to be capable of doing the practical/theory.
She has given us motivation to progress further in this new career path.
Zarah is an amazing person and teacher would definitely come back if she does other courses in the near future.

You are spreading fake news and trying to use my identity when I highly disagree with everything you said. I enjoyed the learning, the atmosphere and the teacher. What people do in their breaks is none of your business. Maybe the reason you don’t enjoy the class is because you’re not putting in the effort to do so. STOP using my name and hiding behind your screen! You are a LIAR!

learn makeup by Free to learn love the teacher she very lovely, friendly and helpful . Zara help me with different types of makeup and if I don’t understand anything she helped me and tell me how to do this. she always help me I have so much fun with my different types of makeup and different test every day by doing different types of eyes makeup and she teach as like family ❤️

Completed my Level 2 Makeup course here at Free2Learn, I really enjoyed this course, from health and safety to customer service all the way to skin types you learn it all! I think these are really important key factors you NEED to learn and understand before you step into the makeup/beauty industry! Zara has been amazing support from the beginning to the end! She’s helped us all understand the true meaning of makeup and beauty! Zara is a teacher who truly cares about her students , ever so kind , Zara is ambitious about what she teaches and will do everything she can for you to understand and learn the true meaning of beauty! If I could go back and do this course all over again I would with no doubt! Thank you Zara & Cheryl for all your support & to the Free2Learn Team!

Recently i finished zoom lessons (because of covid) for make up course.The teacher was the beat teacher i ever seen.She's very nice,polite and very patient woman.Through this few weeks on zoom I learn so much about beauty industry. Teacher is great and she give you all atention you need.She explain wverything in details a 100 time if need it.Because of my personal circumstances I wasn't able to start course in college but through the zoom time I erned more skills them i could even imagine.Now i can do my make up like profesionalist and actually people are asking me how i done it coz it looks so perfect.Thank's to Free2Learn and all the teachers specialy from practical part I know what i know now and I can strongly recommend this program as you definitely won't be able to get so much information and learn so much then you can learn with Free2lern.Thank you for all the teachers who was working very hard to take us to the point we are now

I learn makeup by Free to learn love the teacher she very lovely, friendly and helpful . Zara help me with different types of makeup and if I get stocked she always help out I have so much fun we do different test every day by doing different types of eyes makeup ❤️

My teacher is amazing and very lovely during my learning in beauty,; i learn alot of stuff with zara while i was in free2learn and still coming back to nail in level all the teachers and non teachers are amazing people's and that why am coming back in june for nail level i can't wait to be back to the college soon.

The teacher is really kind and amazing, I was able to learn a lot about the beauty industry and improve my skills a lot. The teacher teaches the whole class and helps us individually to make sure we know what we are and understand what she is teaching us. Overall, I am very thankful to be taught about the beauty industry by the teacher.

Free to learn are to be avoided.Icompleted a 4 week zoom course just to get the 3 day fork lift training I needed last August2020.I have contacted them regularly and still nothing,i have just been fobbed.My advice anybody considering a course with this company would be,dont waste your time.Free to Learn are bogus.

***WARNING*** DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PROCEED WITH TAKING A COURSE WITH FREE 2 LEARN.

This company will take all your details from you sign you up for your desired course I.E SIA License or CSCS Card or Fork Lift License etc, They will then give you a date to start your course, You turn up to your course to find out you are about to sit four weeks of courses that have nothing to do with your chosen subject with a bunch of other student whom have no idea what the hell is going on, You will then be told you have to sit the four weeks to earn qualifications in Team Leading and customer services etc before you can take the course in your chosen subject. You are not told any of this what so ever until you attend your first day, You then sit your four weeks of courses that are forced upon you so you can take the course you want, During these four weeks you are given the answers for all the questions on the exam papers which they fob off as "examples", Sometimes as examples you are even given exam papers filled in by previous students which have all there details on which totally breaches GDPR in more ways than one. You are made to fill in paperwork that is clearly there responsibility to fill in as a training agency. You are told by your teacher they will be at the other end of email if you have any questions, This is lie, They never respond ever. After you have sat the four courses you are told someone will be in touch with your chosen course dates. Several months later you still hear nothing from them, they do not answer any emails you send me them, You start to wonder where your certificates are for the four courses you sat and still you hear nothing, your emails continue to be ignored by anyone within Free2Learn whom you contact.

They are clearly using us to claim government funding for courses that we never get to take.

*PLEASE READ* ANYONE WHOM HAS HAD THE SAME TREATMENT PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL OF COMPLAINT TO THE "DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION", CC IN "THE NATIONAL SKILLS FUNDING AGENCY" AND "THE HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT" ALSO BCC AS MANY NEWSPAPERS AND MAGAZINES AS YOU AS WELL AS BBCS WATCH DOG, THE MORE OF YOU WHO DO THIS AND TAKE ACTION THE MORE LIKELY WE ARE AS ADULT LEARNERS TO BE HEARD, FREE2LEARN HAVE A DUTY OF CARE AND FAIL TO MEET THAT DUTY OF CARE IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE, ITS DISGUSTING HOW THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH THIS RUNNING THIS FAKE OUTFIT.

I am so disappointed in this company. I did a business admin course last year with this company last year. I passed it and i have still not recieved my certificate. This is a poor way to run a business. I tried to email them and also telephoned head office and have had no replies.
