SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!
SCAM ALERT! On training center Free2Learn.
For the attention of Highfield. And Ofcom
Free2Learn is running a scam on your behalf.
My original course demand was SIA door supervisor but to my great surprise, I have been forced to attend 4 weeks course in order to have enough credit to start SIA training.
The course reference details I was forced to take was as follow: iCQ Level 1 Certificate in Personal Development and Employability Skills (RQF)
Qualification number: 601/3219/X.
After having a conversation yesterday with one your operator on the phone, I have been told that Free2Learn is not registered to conduct the course reference mentioned above and also my name is not registered with ICQ as a trainee. After confronting the trainer during the class about the issue, I have been forced out from the course. Free2Learn is claiming government funding by breaking the dreams of vulnerable citizens.
I have video recorded the full the class and I am in the process of publishing in every major social networks. I have also made a search on the class tutor, but her name is not showing as a trainer to give classes on behalf of any awarding organisation.
Whoever want to see the video before deciding, please contact me.

Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting, sat 4weeks worth of online paperwork to gain qualifications in retail knowledge etc (still no news on these certificates despite being promised numerous times) Tutor was great but now doesn’t respond at all and avoids all contact. After excessive emails sent and phone calls to different people I am still to date awaiting any form of contact back to do with when I can go and actually do my SIA Door Supervisor course that I originally signed up for, so If you want to waste weeks/months of your life then by all means use Free2Learn personally I’d go elsewhere!! This company gets government funding and for what??? Broken promises/dreams all people want to do is get help to better themselves and instead have their time wasted. I have now reported this to the job centre directly, local papers and in the process of speaking to others higher up as it seems I’m not alone and unlike Free2Learn I care about others!
I strongly advise anyone who has been treated like myself to make contact with The Education and skills funding agency and report to them what has gone on. This company has a lot to answer for and I will not sit back and be treated like this, you shouldn’t either.

Oldham management are a joke
I had to put one star just to leave a review but I wouldn’t even leave one. Oldham office the management who run the centre are a joke. They don’t have any professionalism, I’ve heard them argue and other staff memebers had to apologise for the so called ‘loud noises’. The only decent staff are the receptionist lady can’t spell her name and they guy who did my induction online Richard. They both have always been very helpful. I called the office recently for security badge payment and spoke to a guy called Omar who said he will transfer the call to the manager and cut the phoneline. Managements are a joke, they don’t help you and just use you to make money. Avoid them like plague.

There is nothing constructive I can add. There is nothing that is being done regarding the truly awful state of affairs @Free2LearnUK. Having done the SIA course I am still, two years later, without the promised accreditation. Uncaring, unresponsive and totally incompetent. I responded to F2L ads on Twitter. Someone expressed concern and invited me to DM them. I tried but that option was not enabled for that account. I told them of this and the next day found myself blocked. They are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.

Awful
Awful. Spent 4 weeks having to do an online course that 10 year olds could do before being put on course I needed. Five weeks later still no news of course and was told lies about course location. It’s 130 miles from me and no feedback to this day. Stay away they are cowboys
