Product not working
Product not working, returning not possible
I bought the sticks for my boyfriend as a bday present. When he opened the package and tried the sticks they did not connect correctly. We tried to follow the trouble shooting instructions, didnt change the result. If they connect the sound is delayed most of the time. All together it is not even hardly able to really use them.
I wrote the customer service more than just one email. They always send the same anwer: their refund window is only 14 days long! Well, as fas as I know, there is a full warranty/ guarantee right in accordance with EU regulations if the product is NOT working the way it should. Very unsatisfying that we now have to toss the sticks and will not get our money back!

An all around bad product
An all around bad product.
The drumsticks are the cheapest possible kind with a rough and splintery surface.
The sensors for the drumsticks came with outdated firmware from the manufacturer, which meant I had to update them myself from a cell phone, even though they were supposed to work on Windows. If I had not had a smartphone, the drumsticks would simply have been useless.
Last but not least: When I finally got the firmware updated, the virtual drums kept moving when I played them, which makes the product essentially useless.

Unable to request a return
Bought their product through their website (it‘s a result of a previous Kickstarter campaign that they now sell regularly on their website).
Product was received in a short time and in good condition. However, after giving it a try, realized it didn’t meet my expectations. At that point (September 2nd) I requested a return & refund thorough as they indicate in their website. I have ever since been emailing them frequently, and only got one answer so far, indicating I will hear from them soon. It’s been two weeks since that, and I only have radio silence. Grace period for return will expire and I will be stuck with a product I don’t want.
