After having had my IVA in place for a…

After having had my IVA in place for a few years. This month I experienced my first bump in the road with Freeman Jones. I'd been waiting for an update on a document for over a week and was yet to receive a response. After a number of calls and false promises I spoke to a lady called Catherine who advised she'd escalate my query to be looked into ASAP. After the amount of false promises I'd received I was unsure this escalation would happen. I was promised a call back by 2pm. I received a call from a gentleman called Adam who was a manager within the team. His level of customer service was impeccable and I couldn't thank him enough. He looked after my query and was resolved within 15 minutes of our call. Thank you again Adam. Your level of Customer Service should be something you should be proud of. You made a horrible situation turn into a pleasant one.

From the very first contact I have been kept informed, given comprehensive advice, treated really respectfully and explained to about everything step of the process. Nothing is too much trouble and any questions have been explained and answered fully. I have had contact with lovely people who have all acted with kindness, professionalism and complete respect. Thank you so much for making me feel completely at ease.
