Expensive
Well made books and good quality pictures….but hidden costs after the “free photo book” creep up out of no where. It can be quite frustrating when using the mobile app as sometimes it refreshes the page after an upload and then you have to go searching for the one you started or you start again.

I don’t really understand why my ‘Free’ photobook has cost me £19 ? I was surprised when the price came up , but had spent too long on it to leave it .

Excellent Photobooks, delivery could be better
The Photobooks themselves are brilliant- I’ve ordered twice so far, both times had the free book plus an additional copy or two. Despite ordering the free and extra ones at the same time (identical books), on both occasions they came separately- which is a complete waste of packaging and postage costs. And on both occasions the postage times were longer than stated, even when we paid for a quick delivery (although the extra we paid was refunded after I complained as the promised date was not met). So I would highly recommend but not if you’re in a hurry! Customer service was very good, always a bot first but then able to get to a real person via email.

Poor quality worse customer service
Order from them all the time never had a issue till now
Ordered a wedding album from and the pages are coming apart ( delamanating )
I emailed them and they me it was the way I opened the book it's not 1 page the first half of the is OK then every page after is coming apart
