Beware of extortionate fees

I had been using this company for a while with no complaints. I only make small crypto currency transactions. On my last transaction equivalent to £57, I was charged fees of £21. When I queried this I was told it was due to market conditions and nothing to do with them. Time to find another wallet provider methinks.

Stay away from Freewallet scam

Stay away from Freewallet scam! They store your private keys. But that's not the main issue! This app is created to steal your coins! Support ignores any tickets and the coins remain frozen until the victim will forget about them!

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!! They have scammed me out of over $12,000!!

All information, evidence and continued accrual of evidence has been and will continue to be submitted to the FTC & SEC. If you've been scammed as well, contact me and ill point you to them or contact the FTC & SEC to add your situation to the mountain of complaints they have against them.

YOU MUST REALIZE THAT YOU DO NOT OWN THE KEYS TO THE WALLETS YOU THINK YOU HAVE!! Freewallet owns them. They have the keys. They keep the keys. YOU ARE BASICALLY DEPOSITING YOUR ASSETS, INTO THEIR WALLET. Not your own. Dont believe me? You'll find out the hard way to when they finally go from selective scamming to full blown take off with everyones money.

Freewallet began as freewallet.com. When i signed up in 2018 it seemed like a great idea.. i was wrong.. you see, in the beginning WE had the control of our wallets. WE had the keys to our wallets.. Not anymore! They stole everyones money and switched platforms to .org and changed all of their wallets & app to the new platform. Locking everyone out of their accounts.

(i wish i could post all my picture evidence regarding these piles of crap thieves) They posted a message on the old web address that said not to worry, that our assets are safe. That we needed to create a new account and our assets would be there waiting.. LIES!

For the past couple years ive been having to fight with these scammers. After they forced me to provide them videos of me logging into my financial institutions that i used to purchase my assets years ago, like literally require you to video yourself logging into your bank, into your wallets or financial institutions and navigate through the websites for them to see you selecting what keys and characters get inputted. They get to see balances and everything else you enter. The hash, which they also require, is just one useless step they force you to do. Which they say, is not good enough because now they want you to screen video yourself so they can see the keys being selected on the phone…

I had to provide the very same pictures, videos, personal information, screenshots, hashes and anything else OVER 27 times!!! I had to submit this stuff for over a year..

All the while they said not to worry my funds were safe..

So finally i get access to my account… which i find is missing everything.. i had to go through hell and back. Trying to message with customer service is the worst. They are either using AI bots or they are the dumbest people ive ever encountered.

They finally end up giving me access to only a couple of my assets. After all this time. To not let me do anything to it or with it.. its literally just sitting there and i cant touch it.

They now claim they are doing maintenance to my assets wallets.. that once they complete the updates, i will have access.

Since early January they've been doing this maintenance. As of today 24/02/2022, I still can not touch my assets. They are still frozen.

I have a lot of assets still missing. I have already provided the hashes and now the nightmare continues..

I STILL HAVE NO ACCESS TO MY ASSETS

I have literally lost over $12,000 since this all began. Including the assets they stole, the point is, i was trying to liquidate positions to consolidate assets and redistribute into new selections.. which i had to still do paper trading to keep track of progress. Which is how i can see that over $6k in profits i would've made, on top of my over $6k in assets is now gone.

They constantly jump on their reviews and ask for ticket numbers so they can jump right on in and fix your problem. But what doesnt get shared is the circus people go through just to still come out empty handed..

They force you to resend everything so many times, they repeat themselves over and over. They cant or pretend that they cant comprehend basic written language. They will frustrate you and agitate you until you finally have enough and just stop writing. Im telling you, i have been at this heading into two years now.

There is no executive branch. No one has a boss. You can not get contact info to anyone other than sending in to their support email. Theres no addresses, phones, physical location available anywhere except the address listed here on this site. Which i have not verified if accurate or not yet. Theres No board members, VP or CEO listed that i can find.. just Solomon the liar, and his handful of thieves he calls support managers.. who dont and cant manage anything. Well, they were not meant to. Stealing is the motive. Not supporting.

I literally have hundreds of emails into these scammers. Ive supplied every privacy data violating request they required. Only to now find out someone or something has been using my information to create accounts the past few months.. magically.. out of the blue i start experiencing this?
