The recent experience with Freightera…
Recent booked shipment with a certain trucker did not get picked up for 3 days.
Freightera was able to rectify the situation after 3 days of no-show of the trucker, and freight was picked up by a better trucker and was delivered within reasonable timeline.
lesson learned from this experience: do not use the carrier that does not provide service.
Our next booking will not be with the same trucker but will still be with Freightera.
