Incredibly helpful staff who really care about what they do. The emergency button came promptly and it does what it's supposed to do. No emergency yet but the alarm went twice when it sensed a fall thigh it might just have been a strong movement but could talk through it so knew everything was alright. Can also take photos remotely and make sure grandad is Where he is supposed to be which is also reassuring.

BRILLIANT SOLVES A PROBLEM

We purchased a personal tracker from this company for my husband who had a stroke but goes out on his mobility scooter but needs to be tracked at all times
I dealt with Tom Dwyer who set it all up for me ( I am a techno phobe pensioner . He couldn’t have been more helpful and patient. Nothing was to much trouble.
Pity that there are not more people like Tom in customer service.
The tracker is brilliant the app shows me exactly where he is when he’s out and about and he can just press the sos button if he needs to call my phone as he would not be able to use a normal phone.

Just wanted to say thank you very much for the extra information and assistance your company has provided not only pre purchase but also after purchasing the seizure alert mat. We were having trouble getting the sensitivity level just right for my 3yr old granddaughter who only weighs 40lbs, and with one email from your company you explained in more detail what we needed to do. She had a seizure in the middle of the night and the mat alerted her parents right away and they were able to get right in to her, watch over, and assist her during the Tonic-Clonic seizure.
