Froothie Optimum 9200A, still under warranty broken and never replaced or repaired
My blender stopped with a big noise and spitted pieces of plastic from the bottom. After 3 months emails, videos , photos etc the Australian Froothie assistance ended by saying that the blender is ok it's just a matter of "bubbles". They never inspected my blender ! Can you believe it !
This is the real Company soul

We would like to sincerely apologize for the experience you recently had - We are sorry to hear about the difficulties you have encountered with one of our appliances and your disappointment saddens me. Quality Customer Service is paramount, our entire business is built on the slogan “Quality you can trust”, and therefore even isolated cases are taken very seriously by Froothie and Optimum.
As for facing issues, we appreciate answering the diagnostic question so we can examinate on what is wrong with the blender. Based on how the blender has been used, taking the terms and condition into consideration, we are covering the case under warranty.
On top of it, if you are unsure about how to process a recipe, we appreciate you contacting us so we can guide you through and prevent the appliance from damaging.
As in this case, the black pieces might have come from the motor due to overloading/overheating the appliance using the incorrect speed.
Using a lower speed for thick consistencies will overload/overheat the blender due to the motor not being able to transfer the full speed to the blades which end up into friction between the drive socket and the gear at the underside of the jug.
On top of it, the tamper should be used to quicken an easy the process.
We apologies for the all the inconvenience caused in this matter and please stay in touch with our representative to get the case resolved quickly

Great product which makes amazing smoothies! Have had a number of Nutribullets over the years that kept breaking so bit the bullet and brought a Froothie whic has been awesome, 5 year warranty and love that you can easily get replacement parts if you ever need them!

Best ever blender for my girl.
Well, I bought this blender for my daughter, who had one but it was VERY old. She uses it at least 8 times a week, and I figured, what the hell, get her a sparkly new blender for her birthday. She was delighted that I’d got the exact same brand as her older model, which still goes, and is now at my place for when she and the family come to stay. Honestly, as a vegan family, she needed the stronger blender for making her sauces etc.. THIS machine fits the bill!

We love the new Optimum G 2.6 SLIM
We love the new Optimum G 2.6 SLIM, which was supposed to be an upgrade from the Optimum 9200 A! It runs quieter than our older Optimum 9200 A however the blending result is not quite as smooth as that of the previous model. We love them both in their own way. But if asked which one I like better, it would be the Optimum 9200 A, which also has a larger capacity mixing jug.

Fantastic blender
I have had my Froothie blender for a couple of months now and have used it everyday. I use it for smoothies, sauces, deserts you name it. It is very powerful, easy to use and clean. I would definitely recommend a Froothie blender to someone wanting something solid and high power for a great price.

Love my Optimum Thermocook Pro M2
Love my Optimum Thermocook Pro M2. Absolutely love having the inbuilt recipes, makes it so easy and I’m learning to adapt other recipes as well. I have also brought a second bowl so I have one for sweet and one for savoury.

My experience
Received package a day early liked that. Tracking again like all others about 24hr to late. Followed two recipes first gummies one and chocolate bars. Have found confidence in recipes. So far used oil process using coconut oil. Pleased with results.Have made since without special ingredients just as snacks. Point being tasty recipes. Think link for recipe book in main add would of helped me buy earlier.
