Delivery was 9-6

The timeframe for delivery was 9-6. It was supposed to be a surprise for my moms birthday, I was delivering to her work office. The element of surprise was ruined because she left at 3 since it was Friday. DO NOT DELIVER TO AN OFFICE. Delivery didnt even happen until 630pm, had to make a special trip to get them. Just use edible arrangements or anyone else.

Valentine's delivery

Ordered strawberries in chocolate as a suprise for Valentine's Day for my boyfriend. I paid £14.99 for guaranteed delivery on Saturday for Valentine's day. Delivery arrived on Monday 16th February so you can imagine after 72 hours how strawberries looked like so I paid £50 and delivery ended up in trash as there was juice coming out of package.
I tried to contact customer service, I sent 4 emails , phone calls (just voicemail, always voicemail), Instagram and Facebook page but no response.
I NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AN ONLINE ORDER. I FEEL COMPLETELY IGNORED.

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed.

I placed an order a day in advance for a Valentine’s Day delivery. We selected the 8am to 6pm slot but clearly requested delivery in the morning to keep the surprise special. Instead, we had to spoil the surprise and ask the recipient to wait around all day for something that never arrived.

I never received a confirmation email for the order. I followed up since morning through chats and was repeatedly given false assurance that it would be delivered in time. At one point, I was even given false confirmation that the parcel had been dispatched. When I called at 5 in the evening, I was told there was no status available and that I would get a call back. I never received that call, nor any information.

Now they have stopped answering calls and responding to chat messages altogether. As I write this review, I have received no delivery and no response.

This level of unprofessionalism on an important occasion like Valentine’s Day is unacceptable. I demand a full refund and want to thank you for completely spoiling our occasion.

Avoid like the plague!

I ordered something from them three weeks in advance to be delivered to my wife at work today. Her business closes at 4:00 pm. Around noon, I called customer service because FedEx had been to my wife's workplace already, and I wanted to make sure it wasn't supposed to be delivered by them. Customer service told me that it would be delivered by a local vendor and that the window was 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. When I said that her office closes at 4:00, I was told that a note would be put in and the delivery would still be on time. I called customer service again at 3:30 pm to get an update, as it was now getting down to the wire. I was put on hold while the rep contacted the vendor... for 23 minutes. The rep came back and said that it was out for delivery. When I said the business was going to close in just a few minutes, I was met with, basically, "Oh well, if so, call us back after the delivery window and we will give you available redelivery dates for next week." For a Valentine's gift. I managed to get the name of the vendor delivering the gift, called the store, and was told that they hadn't been able to get a DoorDash driver to pick up the order yet. To make an already long story a little shorter, driver shows up at the store while we're on the phone, I tell the worker to have him put a rush on it, and my wife ends up not leaving work for almost 30 minutes after she was supposed to. This is ridiculous. It wasn't a last-minute order, and it wasn't anything overly ornate. The store worker told me, "Sorry, it didn't come up in our system until very late." If you're going to partner with places, I think the system of communication needs to be way better than it apparently currently is. I will never order from FruitBouquets again, and I wouldn't have to begin with if I'd done a little more research and seen these reviews beforehand. The one "good" thing is that, unlike some other people, they did actually deliver the correct item.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever! They call the recipient before they deliver which kills the surprise. My husband was confused and told them no I didn’t order anything. So if you want to surprise someone -don’t put their number in for anything! Then the order was incomplete…they forgot the congrats balloons. It’s the logistical part. The delivery guy was nice. The element of surprise-ruined!

If I could give less than 1 star I…

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I spent $60 on something that arrived without half the items. No strawberries, no grapes. No vase, just a plastic bucket. No greenery. The gingerbread man that was covered in chocolate had a broken arm. It looked NOTHING like what I ordered. Honestly, my son who is 10 could have done a better job. Extremely disappointed!!

Terrible Customer service!

I ordered a fruit bouquet and a plater of chocolate covered strawberries. I did not know that these items were coming from two different companies. So when the strawberries arrived first it was no way of knowing who or where it was suppose to go. The order was just sitting for hours and not fresh. The first time I called the man promised to resend the order. Never did! I was also promised a email conformation. Never got it! The second time I called I was promised a full refund and that I would get an email confirmation. Did NOT get either! The third time I called I demanded to speak to a supervisor and demanded an email confirmation while I was still on the phone with him. I got the email confirmation and will have to wait 5 days for money to process.

I'll never in my life use this company again. Don't waste your money

If I can give this company no stars i would i will never use this company ever again in my life. I placed an order through the edible arrangement site and they passed the order off to another Fruit bouquet who was awful. I was so confused dealing with tracking, sitting on hold with this dam company. It was awful, they delivered the package and left food on the ground for squirrels and other neighborhood animals to get ahold of. This shit is expensive and here this is who edible arrangement pass there business off to. Never in my life will I deal with this company. I tried to upload the photo and this site would not allow me.

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. Worst customer service ever. Live in Hartford CT area. Local delivery delivered to a porch at 19 degrees outside. No text or mail. Fruit was disgusting. Pineapple slices slimy, less than an 8th of an inch thick. Melons have brown spots- very sparse. Called to complain. Said they would deliver next day. Next day get a call that it will be delivered between 830am and 9pm the next day. I cannot wait for the delivery for 12 hours. Oh well then we will try another day. Customer service sound like they are half asleep. Worst company ever!!! I have pictures and I told them they were being recorded. Can't wait to share what $59.00 + gets you. Calling local TV station

Go to the REAL Edible Arrangements

I wish so much that I had found the reviews first. When you google Edible Arrangements, FRUITEBOUQUETS.com company comes up first and I also thought I was ordering from edible arrangements. I placed an order at lunch the day BEFORE the bouquet was to be delivered to my coworker. I specified a business and they still thought 8pm was an ok time to deliver. Fruitbouquets is just the middleman. Go to edible Arrangements as they are local and trustworthy. Fruitboquets wouldn't even contact the local delivery people tell tell them the customer was upset. Nor would they give me their name. Go Local.

If I could give them a zero rating I would

If I could them a zero rating I would. I ordered an arrangement for my grieving friend whom lost her young daughter tragically. FedEx attempted to delivered the order but stated the address was wrong and the sender would need to correct it. I contacted fruit bouquet via chat and was told there was nothing they could do. I was literally out my money, they wouldn’t issue a refund and they had the nerve to offer me 15% off a future purchase what a joke.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I have had 3 deliveries for the same order. The first was left to melt on a door step in 80 degree the weather. They have now claimed to have sent the delivery twice and neither time has it actually been delivered, I am demanding a refund at this point and am not getting a response.

Wish I could give them 0 stars

Like many other customers, delivery was beyond late and did not match the quality of the photos at all. Furthermore, several adds ons such as the ballon + card were not included. To top it all off, the fruit bouquet could not even stand on its own. Truly quite embarrassing to send to someone. Managed to get a full refund but I do have my doubts if it will come through. However, I managed push back and insist I did not want another order sent but just wanted my money back. Save your time and money folks!

WARNING with this company!!!

My wife ordered our daughter a bouquet of fruit to be delivered to her office where she is a doctor. Had the address and the name of the business on the slip. It was delivered to a house on that street. They refused to send someone to pick it up and deliver it correctly. You cannot get in touch with this company and they do not seem to care about their customers. They have a FB page but you cannot seem to post on it. Do not waste your time with this company, it will only piss you off in the end.

SCAM SITE!

I thought I was ordering a fruit basket from Edible Arrangements for my parents, as my dad is currently in the ICU. I paid extra for same-day delivery and even signed up for text updates. I never received any texts or emails, not even a receipt. When the basket never showed up, I checked my bank and saw the charge came from “SharisBerries” instead. This site is a scam. They use a rip-off name to trick people into thinking they are ordering from legitimate companies. Not only did they take my money, but my parents never received the gift at a time when it mattered most. Please avoid this site—it’s misleading, predatory, and dishonest.
