My husbands surprise was ruined
I work in a corporate building with several employees. The delivery driver came to deliver the front desk staff asked the driver to give them time to locate or figure out who the person was. The driver ended up leaving. The store contacted my husband after leaving not during to try and find me but after and told him they would not be able to make the delivery because I don't work in that building. He was then told he could pick the order up himself. He asked for a refund and he was told that he could not get a refund he would have to pick up the order. He asked for a manager the person then goes ill give you a refund. My employer called the store because the front desk clerk felt bad about the driver leaving. She asked can they bring the delivery back. The store asked for my number and my employer gave it to them. The store called and explained all that happened and said my husband was rude. She went into a rant about everything. I had to basically cut her off and ask could she make the delivery, because the additional conversation wasn't needed. It was about me receiving my order It was the worst. They ruined his surprise. The driver was also very rude upon return. I always order from them but I will never ever again and also will let my husband know to never ever.

I would give zero stars if I could. Have been using this company for years for my real estate business and my last delivery was never delivered and it was a different location out of Budd Lake New Jersey that was to fulfill it. Not only was I hung up on repeatedly from that store, but I keep receiving open and closed tickets for my complaints through their company customer service department. I put in a claim to my bank who issued a temporary credit and this has yet to be resolved. Based on the amount of negative reviews citing similar issues, I do not recommend this company as it has been only stressful and disappointing.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I cancelled my order within an hour and received confirmation, yet hours later I was contacted about a failed delivery. I provided proof of cancellation, and still no refund was issued.
I have followed up multiple times with both the store and corporate, and each time I was told a refund would be processed—this has not happened.
They have effectively kept $136 for an order that was cancelled properly and on time. This raises serious concerns about their business practices.
Avoid this company.

First off the app and online ordering is just horrible. It literally took me 2 days to finish my order because it kept freezing up etc One thing after another... So I ended up calling the local franchise although I knew that the reviews were bad. I ordered edible arrangements a lot throughout the years and myself personally never had a bad experience but I have not used them in a few years. So I took the chance and I ordered anyway. BIG MISTAKE. I should have trusted the consumers. I ordered $175 worth fruit also flowers for my daughter and her husband's anniversary. It was supposed to have been a surprise. No no surprise, the driver called my daughter and reviewed the address to her... There's no way that he got lost or the address was hard to find because it's a regular house in a regular subdivision it doesn't take a rocket scientist... So he didn't knock on the door and surprise her but he called her and let her know that he was coming. Of course they didn't bring the flowers which was very very important. I did not find out that they were out roses and all of flowers until after the edible arrangement was delivered. They never even told me. My daughter had to tell me when I asked her if she got the roses. Oh no no roses so I called the store and he said oh yeah we're all out of flowers we won't get them until next week.. Now why did he not tell me that when I called and ordered this stuff. If I would have known that I would have never ordered from edible arrangement... It's just total incompetence... It is so hard to find good workers but edible arrangemens store used to be good. I do not know what happened I guess they are hiring scraping the bottom of the barrel for people. I will never order from them again

So overpriced and disappointing!
After spending over $160 on an arrangement for a death in the family, I would not recommend. When I called to inquire about the timing of the delivery (there is no info on the website about this), they were so rude and disrespectful. I was supposed to know how the business is run and that they do local deliveries first and I should have called to ask for a specific time etc. I have lodged a complaint but they won't even acknowledge the way I was spoken to. Offered me a lousy discount for next time even though I advised there would not be a next time. The chocolate covered strawberries were melting (despite it was winter) and it was definitely not as large as they make it out to be! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I made 2 orders to be delivered Feb 13. Both were sent by FedEx at $26 a piece. One arrived and the box and contents were crushed. The other didn’t arrive and tracking said it would be delivered Feb 16. It was never received. At least they’re consistent with horrible service.

This I the edible arrangement at whittwood mall in Whittier ca. so the lady on February 14,2026 did not give it to me even though I was there to pick up an arrangement that day!!! Such liars. Never Delivered
Ordered a delivery, the tracker online said that it was delivered and it wasn’t. Called the store they said they couldn’t contact the driver so they remade and sent it back out. And yet and again no delivery. Seriously the worst service ever. if I could give it negative stars it would. I have had better service from other business that don't speak English.
Wrong Address, Terrible Customer Service, Out $100.00
We ordered from Edible Arrangements expecting a thoughtful gift to reach someone special. Instead, our order was delivered to the wrong address, the intended recipient received nothing, and we were left out $100.
The photo "proof" they sent us - clearly shows that it is the wrong house/address.
Outside of this mistake itself, is how it was handled.
When we contacted customer service, the “manager” we spoke with was shockingly rude, dismissive, and offered zero accountability or resolution. Any reputable company would acknowledge the error and make it right. This one did not.
Between the lost order, lack of compassion, and unprofessional treatment, this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Had we seen the volume of negative reviews beforehand, we never would have placed this order.
We will absolutely never purchase from this company again, and we strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting them with your money or your gifts.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a Tea Bento Box, Bestsellers 6 Pack from Tea with Tae for my mother’s birthday. I ordered a week ahead of her birthday. It ended up taking 25 days for her to receive it. I messaged OnGoody which apparently is a 3rd party customer care to Edible and they told me I have to reach out to Edible Arrangements directly to get a refund. I tried contacting Edible Arrangements and you can’t contact a customer service area, you can only get in contact with local edible arrangements which doesn’t pertain to this situation at all. I emailed OnGoody and told them they need to contact them for me and make this right. It’s been over a month and still no reply.
This company needs to honor their shipping policies and stop working with 3rd party vendors that can’t deliver their shipments.

This company uses a 3rd party (Uber) delivery service. This was told to me by the agent I spoke with over the phone.
1st thing agent said "There is no picture" (Proof of delivery).
US Bank Tower building. Which is a highly secured building.
They had check cameras within an hour period before and after supposed delivery and nothing. Nobody showed up to deliver.
The excitement of getting a special delivery is something my newly fiancé didn't get to experience.
Local grocery is better
I ordered a $$$ flower and food arrangement to be delivered to base (Ft Hood, TX). I get a call from the local venue to inform me that they don't deliver on base and my options are pick up or refund. So I broke the surprise to my wife to pick it up. Now I found a work around for way better price and more quantity. That is using HEB delivery option for this Valentine's 2026.

Terrible customer service
My granddaughter is in the Navy and she ordered flowers and fruit for my birthday. The flowers were frozen and limp. I sent a picture two weeks ago and have contacted the site 3 times with nothing but auto generated emails. Terrible rip off.

Received a Christmas gift that was far from edible. The fruit was not ripe and the arrangement was thrown in trash. Sent photos to edible arrangement asking for a remake and they cannot help me since I don’t know the order number and ordering information even with photos and proof of item given to me. The gift was not edible at all. I’ll be certain everyone considering edible arrangements doesn’t waste their money. Totally disappointing. All I wanted was an edible arrangement remake lol
Shameful Business Practices
Ediblearrangements took my money, never fulfilled my order, and they will not return any correspondence which I have been trying to send for the past weeks to both the store that was supposed to fulfill the order (Lenexa, KS, store #323), and their corporate website (you can't call them directly, and they won't respond to me online).
Not delivered... customer service instore and online ignored all my messages
I made an edible order.... early morning on 12/23/25.... to be Delivering On Tue, Dec 23, 2025. I paid all the necessary fees to be delivered on 12/23/25.. the order was never delivered... the order status was pending even after 11:00pm on 12/23/25. so I contacted their customer service help via their website - I never received a response....to make matter worse. I called their customer service phone on 12/23, 12/24, called daily till 12/29/2025 and yet they never answer my calls. the decatur edible location also never picked up or answered my calls. I left a voice message and they never returned my call. I noticed my order indicated pending on 12/23 and 12/24....I logged into their website today 12/30 and they changed status to attempted delivery...this company customer service is fraud. basically did not deliver the service, ignored me, and still held my money.
