Not rocket science but very good!!!

Fuelmate has supplied our fuel cards for numerous years now, our dedicated account manager is always quick to respond to queries and new card requests. Good supplier.

Working with Fuelmate has been extremely easy, the customer service has been prompt and very helpful, from setting the account tailored to our needs and ordering new fuel cards.

The invoicing with detailed transactions has been suitable for our needs, the variety of detailed reports available is sure to meet most companies needs.

They're online portal is easy to use, provides further information on individual transactions to resolve any queries.

Overall they have been great to us and may it continue.

Dan was exceptional in assisting with vehicle trackers, ordered and received in just a few days. Really simple to install and is always on the other end should we need support. Highly recommend

FuelMate is transparent about pricing changes, quick to resolve any queries, and overall, a pleasure to work with. Their excellent customer service and friendly approach make them a fantastic partner.

Fred W at Fuelmate made a sometimes boring, but very necessary, task the easiest thing in the world. We got on so well that he now feels like part of the family.

Fuelmate have been great to deal with, offering a competitive price against other fuel card companies. I have dealt with the same person each time, which is great, giving consistency and a good service overall. Invoices arrive weekly and if i need any queries answered, i receive a reply pretty quickly, unlike some other companies i have dealt with in the past.

We had out trackers fitted in Nov 23 and they have been helpful with incidents to obtain footage and also very reactive if there is problems with the system.

A great team of staff at fuel mate nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always willing to help a credit to their company.

We have been very impressed with Fuelmate and their attention to opening our members accounts. The whole process was really professional. As a buying group we would highly recommend them.

We have had excellent customer service from Fuelmate and a seamless experience. Our engineers have used the fuel cards since they were issued with no problems and the weekly emails regarding the various fuel prices in our area are very appreciated.

Dan and the team were very helpful in splitting and setting up our new accounts within our business. What seemed like it was going to be a complicated task was simplified and dealt with very efficiently. They were very quick at answering email queries and supplying us with information and our new cards.

We moved over to Fuelmate around 6 months ago. Prices very competitive and customer services was great. We are kept informed weekly regarding prices. So far so good

We were undertaking a cost review of all of our suppliers and we had received an email from Callum Smith, having set up a call it was clear that Fuelmate could save us money on our fuel. The whole process was quick and straight forward, the communication was great and we were set up and ready to go quickly. Callum then dropped the new fuel cards to us himself and we are now already seeing savings each week on our fuel. The portal is great and easy to use and the staff could not be more helpful with queries.
