This is a scam company
This is a scam company. I passed phase1 maintain all the rules after passing they edited my metatrader5 order history. And they are showing lot size issue where this is a baseless issue,
A smaller trade I placed to reduce risk reset the base lot size, and this caused a trade taken and that was my last trade after that i passed my challenge, weeks earlier to be considered a violation retroactively. Support team not replying anything I'm sending mail and message continuously but no reply from them. They are here for eat our money. It's a humble request to everyone please don't buy any account from fundedfirm.com. you can check lots of negative reviews in YouTube. I passed more than 10+fundedfirm. But this is a really scam company guyes please don't buy. They edited your order history.
Unfair account Breach after payout request
I had a disappointing experience with this prop firm.
My dashboard clearly showed “Payout Available – You're eligible for a payout.” After completing the required 5 profitable days, I submitted a payout request because the platform itself indicated that I was eligible.
Later, I was informed that my account was breached due to a 20% consistency rule. However, this rule was not clearly mentioned on the website or on the dashboard at the time of my payout request.
Even if the 20% consistency requirement applies, I was completely willing to continue trading for a few more days to meet that requirement and then reapply for the payout. I had no problem doing that.
Breaching the account directly without giving the opportunity to continue trading and meet the requirement seems extremely unfair.
If the dashboard shows that a payout is available, it is natural for a trader to submit a payout request. Penalizing a trader in this situation is not reasonable.
I respectfully request the team to review my account and provide a fair resolution. Transparency and clear communication of rules are extremely important in the prop trading industry.

Funded firm Scammer,
Funded firm Scammer,
⚠️ WARNING – DO NOT TRUST FUNDEDFIRM ⚠️
I have been scammed twice by FundedFirm. Here is my honest experience so others can be warned.
I worked hard, passed my challenge legitimately, and received two real accounts. The moment I requested my payout, BOTH accounts were permanently disabled — without any genuine reason or prior warning. And they are mentioned reason" you are not informed we have received two real accounts "
Then purchased 2nd instant account and request a payout when I make profit $202.38, the same account also has been disabled.
They cited a '20% Consistency Rule Breach' — but here is the truth:
✅ I personally asked their support team if I was eligible for payout BEFORE submitting my request.
✅ Their own support agent confirmed YES, I was eligible.
✅ I submitted my payout based on THEIR confirmation.
❌ Then they immediately disabled my account permanently.
They never clearly explained this rule upfront. They never warned me. They only used it as an excuse AFTER I requested my money — which tells you everything you need to know.
This is not a one-time mistake. This is the SECOND time they have disabled my account. There is a clear pattern here of approving traders, letting them work, and then finding any excuse to deny payouts and disable accounts.
This is not a legitimate prop firm. This is a company that takes your challenge fee, lets you trade, and then refuses to pay when you succeed.
I have all screenshots, chat logs, and proof of everything I have described. I am sharing my social medias accounts.
MT5 ID: 30145541, 30054153,30054154
Payout Requested: $202.38
Status: Account Permanently Disabled – No Valid Reason Given
Trade safely. Avoid FundedFirm.
I want to share my honest experience…
I want to share my honest experience with FundedFirm so other traders can be aware before purchasing an account.
I passed my challenge account and was trading according to the rules. My base lot size was 0.5, which means the maximum allowed lot size should be 2.5 lots. I placed two trades of 2.0 lots on XAUUSD. The important point is that my first trade was completely closed before opening the second trade.
According to the rule explanation, trades opened within 3 minutes are counted as a single trade if multiple positions are open at the same time. In my case there was no overlapping position, because the first trade was fully closed before the second one was placed.
Despite this, my account was marked as breached. Support later explained that even if the first trade is closed, they still combine trades opened within 3 minutes and treat them as a single position. This condition is not clearly explained in their rule description, which makes the rule interpretation confusing and unfair for traders.
I contacted support several times and provided explanations, but the response remained the same and they refused to review the case again.
What is more concerning is that this is not the first time this type of issue has happened. Many traders have reported similar experiences where accounts are breached due to unclear rule interpretations.
I hope FundedFirm improves transparency and clarity in their rules so traders clearly understand how their trades will be evaluated.
This is my genuine experience and I hope it helps other traders make an informed decision.
Extremely high spread
Very poor trading conditions. The spread are extremely high and Orders get executed far from the actual market price. This instantly put trades into loss even when the chart price hasn't moved. Not a good experience for traders who rely on accurate execution.
I am disappointed that my withdrawal…
I am disappointed that my withdrawal and $120 settlement amount are still not credited. Kindly improve response time and resolve such issues promptly.
After Passing Step 1 Account (40% Rule Breach Due to Market Slippage During Final Evaluation)
my stop loss was deliberately placed at 4666.01, carefully calculated to remain within the 40% daily loss limit. However, due to market slippage, the trade was executed at 4658.92, resulting in a larger loss than intended, I recommended don't use this firm better to go for real accounts
Account breached despite being profitable
I traded with FundedFirm and was profitable without breaching any daily or maximum drawdown rules. Later, my account was permanently breached due to their base lot size rule.
A smaller trade I placed to reduce risk reset the base lot size, and this caused a trade taken weeks earlier to be considered a violation retroactively. Support confirmed that rules apply to the entire trading history and that decisions are system-based and cannot be reviewed, even if the account is profitable.
While this rule is written in their terms, its retroactive application was unclear to me and does not reflect real risk management. I’m sharing this so other traders are aware of how it’s enforced.

Denied $2,171 Payout using "Manual Review" as an excuse for their own system's failure!
I am writing this to warn every trader about FundedFirm. I successfully passed my challenge and reached a funded account, but when I requested my $2,171 payout, it was rejected.
The firm claims I breached a "Lot Size Consistency" rule because I opened multiple trades in a short window. However, I used the EXACT SAME strategy during the entire Challenge Phase. At that time, their system marked my account as "PASSED" and they happily collected my fees and moved me to the funded stage.
When I confronted them, they sent me an email (which I have as proof) admitting that their system "automatically" marks challenges as passed and they only perform "manual reviews" during payouts or phase progression.
This is a complete Bait and Switch scam.
If my strategy was a violation, why was I passed and given a funded account?
Why does the "Manual Review" only happen when a trader makes a profit and asks for a payout?
It is clear that FundedFirm uses automation to collect fees from as many people as possible, but uses "manual compliance" as a weapon to deny payouts to successful traders. Their rules are inconsistent and their logic is ethically bankrupt.
Avoid this firm at all costs. They are not looking for traders; they are looking for fee-payers.
even if u make profit they will still disable ur account saying u break rules
biggest scam in trading
even if u make profit they will still break their own rules and somehow disable ur account
I passed (10k) 2 step account whithout…
I passed (10k) 2 step account whithout braking any rule and made profit in real account but they rejected my payout saying that I've breached rule of profit persentage per trade and with payout rejection they closed my account and not getting any support from their team and i try to comment on their official instagram page but they deleted my comments 😐🥲
Unfortunately I opened a funded account in FundedFirm
Unfortunately I opened a funded account in "FundedFirm". My daily loss limit of 5% and overall loss limit of 8% are not met but my account is disabled/blocked, why? I can not trade with such kind unrealistic and unjustified rules and regulations. Is this a joke going on, that I can not bear a loss of more than 40% in a single trade but I can make 1000 times? What is this bullshit? I know in a very simple way that I bought a $5,000 account of $ 5,000 and still my account balance is $4876.31 which is above the threshold ($4850). Also want to highlight this thing that you have not mentioned anywhere about the 40% of loss in a single trade. So I request you to please refund my money back else I am going to publish this on social media and make a consumer complaint or legal proceedings. waiting for your positive response on this. All are requested to not to open any account in such kind of platform. Even I faced many lag problem in their platform, worst to worst platform I have never used such pathetic tool.
