Biggest SCAM in EU region at the moment.

I am not sure where to start. We have placed our order a bit over month ago. After only a day we got fully refund without any explanation. While taking a look at the profile and order history we realised order is still in preparation status which was even more confusing for us. After a few days of trying to reach out to customer support we got 0 replies. In the end, they took money from our bank account again and changed status of several products to shipped. We ordered over 70 items, got fully charged for entire order but got status that only 15 or so items are shipped. Again, trying to get in touch with support. No luck.

After a quick talk with out country advisor for customer support rights we have prepared a warning towards Funko regarding this matter. We got reply immediately saying that they have sent everything and that they are begging for patience.

We waited to see what will happen and nothing happened. We still did not got our items but money was gone. After we included European Union customer support contacts in CC as well we got our status changed that entire order is now coming towards us but we just wanted full refund since this was incredibly sloppy and unprofessional service.

No luck getting refund, but we got message from customs that there are some items for us (even if there should be no reason for customs to message us). We copy pasted the entire order and sent it to customs just to get information those are not items they have in their order.

After a several back and forth emails we realised where Funko made a mistake and tried fixing it. We got 80% of our order while 20% is still marked as delivered but we did not get it.

We are trying to get either a refund or items from Funko since than but no luck. I really hope we are isolated case but if you are from Croatia - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

Just pay a bit more and go grab your Funkos from local stores while at least you will know you will have them.

We will not let this slide. This will for sure be a case that EU law department for customer rights will get know of.

To stop this scam behaviour there is even a petition on change.org about this topic that should be signed!

Zero customer service

Ordered a Pop! Yourself figure for my brother, it came in the wrong box. I ordered a stranger things box and it came in a K Pop Demon Hunters box.... no good for him. Ive tried reaching out several times. Ive emailed, social media. No response. ZERO customer Service. £50 down the drain for a useless "present" cheers funko!

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them - the worst customer service ever!
My order arrived without the main item, and is now apparently completed! It's impossible to talk to a person, and they're quite happy to charge you for the missing purchases. They need to sort this out fast, as I see that I'm not the only one to experience this.
The ridiculously unhelpful AI 'assistant' just cuts you off!
Disappointed customer - best to buy elsewhere.

No xmas presents, no support

I ordered 6 Funko Yourself as i thought it would make a great xmas present for the family. did in on the 20 of Nov, was supposed to arrive last week and nada. Funko support never replies to me, even the AI chatbot ghosted me mid convo. I contacted landmark and they said they got the shipping data but never got the physical items, what is going on?? Funko is such a big company it never crossed my mind to check the reviews, wish I did. Now i have no money and no xmas presents. Bruh..What am I supposed to do??

Wort customer experience I have EVER had- No refund, no product.

Wort customer experience I have EVER Had. I placed an order on October 31st for a custom pop vinyl. After weeks of no communication, I was informed that this item is running behind. Subsequently through Amazon Shipping & Landmark Global UK, the item was lost in transit. Funko Pop refuse to accept accountability, as do the other two distribution partners. No item has been received, and no refund has been provided.

Non existing customer support as it seems

Waiting since 17.11.25 for answer regarding a wrong item and damaged items I received. Still no answer till this day, even tho I send another mail this month. Havent had any problems so far, but since this expierence I will never buy anything expensive here anymore.

Avoid!

Ordered 2 It Funko Pops, were sent out on the 30th November due on the 10th December. Tracking hasn't moved since the 30th, contacted Funko twice with zero response and its been more than 7 working days. Do yourself a favour and avoid, they are awful, zero customer services and quick to take your money!!

No Customer Service

Quality of products is very good, however customer service is shocking. Received 2 out 3 items of my order. 4 days later still waiting for a response on whether missing item is going to be shipped or refunded.

Not receiving for Xmas if at all! …

I am like all of the other reviews although I don’t know yet whether I will receive mine but placed in plenty of time for Christmas but I won’t be receiving the first one in time so I am assuming I’m not going to be receiving my pop yourself, maybe not at all. Advice to all others if you have purchased through a credit card then claim it back that way if you don’t have any luck through the company.

Order a LE piece

Order a LE piece, it was shipped but seems to be lost during transit by Landmark... Tried to contact Funko... And no support, their chat was replaced by AI and they have no real human. The AI just raises tickets on their system and that's it.. Nobody checks those tickets.. So they have no support. Contacted Landmark and they won't do anything unless Funko raises a ticket with them.. So it is just a endless loop, Funko already took the money, so they don't care. I will need to raise it with my bank.

Absolutely no customer service/Missing Items

What has happened to Funko. Shameful how bad this company has become. Purchased a pop yourself which arrived with an item missing (mistakes can happen) but getting absolutely no response from their customer service! Everything is ran through their Virtual assistants which dont do anything to resolve the issue. This seriously needs investigating as they seem to have no issue taking peoples money! Won't ever use Funko again. Advise all to stay well away.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered a personalized Funko start of last month with a Gryffindor accessory pack, only the personalized funko turned up - took me multiple tries to get a response from them, only to be told 2 weeks later that the remains of the order were shipped the week before.

Been checking the tracking every day but has been stuck in Coventry since 28th November - poor customer service and communication. Very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift for a family member!

Will not be ordering from them again.

Missing items - no refund

There were problems with more than half of the orders (defective items, missing items). One figure was missing from my last order. I reported this immediately, but initially received nonsensical replies and then no replies at all. I sent them a screenshot from my account, specifically from the order history, which proves that an item was not shipped (status: Not Yet Shipped). But they are acting as if everything had been shipped. I have now received neither a refund nor the missing item... Unprofessional an cheating!

Paid for 3 items and only got sent 2! They have taken payment for 3 items. No response to any emails. Absolute joke of a company. Avoid! Will be contacting trading standards, I want my money back!

Terrible company

Terrible company. I placed an order on 24th November. Traced the tracking the last update was 26th November when it had been shipped from Coventry.
Nothing has arrived. I emailed Funko last week and have had no response.
Would not order from the company again. Avoid this company!

Do not order from here!!!

Do not order from here. Just look at all the reviews, sadly being such a big brand I didn’t even think to look on Trustpilot and I’m not regretting this. I ordered two funko pops, they arrived and are completely different to the ones I ordered. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them to sort it but the customer service is non existent past the AI bot. There’s no phone number, there’s an email but you never get a response, I’ve messaged on Instagram and all I got was a reply saying they’ll escalate it but no further replies. Absolutely useless company, I wish I paid that little bit extra and bought them elsewhere as this is ridiculous, I’m now left completely out of pocket and with two funko pops I didn’t want.

Never received order!

Ordered a Loungly mini backpack (Funko are their Europe distributor) on 15/11/25 and still haven’t received it.
Shipping confirmation with tracking received and payment taken on 29/11/25. Tracking had been stuck on shipped/processed since then! There is no phone number for Customer service and they are not responding to emails requesting refund! Been scammed for £80!
Absolutely shocking company!
