Failed to support getting order update

Their customer service is garbage and refuse to respond, they refunded one order without telling me and now another order that did ship is stuck or missing and no one will tell me where it is. The order was GBR29412323. It hasn’t updated a full week and it’s ment to be here by Tuesday but I doubt it will because no one is answering and I may have to force a refund from them if they don’t help me find my order and get it to me. Il never trust them or buy from them directly again after this.

Never buying from this company ever…

Never buying from this company ever again. I ordered my 5 funko pops on November 1st. After countless emails why after 10 days it was not shipped yet and why I got my money back they finally returned on November 15th with confirmatio that the order will ship and the money went back because it was preauthorized by my bank. I thought okay, all is fine. Guess what, today is December 14th l, I have sent them countless emails, nobody responde for 3 weeks and todat I receive an email that my order has been refunded, no explanation, nothing. 1 out of 5 funkos is out of stock so instead of waiting all this time, I could have ordered 4 more times. I was in scock because 2 times previously everything was smooth but this time it's like they do not give a damn. They ignore you for weeks but keep sending promo after promo every day to buy more.

Do not order here!!!
On November 9th I placed an order.
I contacted them multiple times to ask when it would be shipped.
You cannot properly get in touch with customer service; you have to fill out a form.
When you do get a response, it doesn’t even answer your question. They don’t even read your emails.
When my order was finally shipped, the package never arrived.
I eventually contacted them myself and found out my order was lost.
It was ordered as a Christmas gift that will never arrive.
They even had the nerve to ask if I wanted to place a new order.
I will get my money back, though.

I ordered 3 custom pops last month…

I ordered 3 custom pops last month costing £150. Only one has been sent to me. I’ve emailed and reached out on social media and funko hasn’t even bothered to respond. I’m going to escalate this today through my bank and open a trading standards case. The worst customer service i have ever come across.

Absolutely horrendous customer service

Absolutely horrendous customer service. One bag delivered marked, one missing. Took 2 weeks to get a response from them which asked for time stamped photos of different parts of the packaging which would have been great to know 2 weeks ago before I threw out the packaging. Over 2 weeks and it’s still not resolved. Close to having to report them for taking money but not providing goods.

Where do I start, shocking, AVOID

Where do I start, first order received 2 damaged pops. Second order missing 1 pop. Third order still hasn't turned up, its lost between landmark and amazon. Sent numerous emails, opened a ticket no reply.

Most incompetent company ever known.

Avoid buying anything from Funko. They may as well be a scam site at this point.

Delivering not as described items or just not receiving items.

Funko is a sinking ship, they won't survive 2026.

Don't waste your money or time, too much hassle. Going to open a claim with my bank.

Scam Company!!

Scam Company!!, they are taking orders and peoples money and not sending the items out and there is no way of getting hold of them. I’ve reported them and they need to be investigated…DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!

Money taken, no order fulfilled

Hate to be that person but if I could rate them 0 stars I would. I ordered a custom Funko on the 9th November and waited a good few weeks before querying the status as I knew there were delays. Since then I have sent 2 emails to their customer service email, submitted an online query form, sent a message on instagram AND tweeted them directly with approximately ZERO responses. I order this as a Christmas gift that I now obviously need to replace, but I now need to do so without receiving my £47 back from Funko first. Honestly a shambles of a company, and out of pure principle I will be taking it to the Ombudsman.

Terrible I never received the item and…

Terrible I never received the item and paid £80. I reported this was asked to sign a declaration which I did and they said they would investigate with the delivery partner and get back to me. It’s been 2 months and I’ve sent over 10 emails with no response can’t get a refund or the item sent so they have robbed me of £80 stay away don’t buy from them. They are completely ignoring me now I’ve email the CEO and reported it to trading standards but funko still won’t respond

My order has never been shipped and no one is answering from the support center so far, neither by email nor by online tickets. No way to get your money back.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the…

I am extremely dissatisfied with the support experience. My emails were repeatedly ignored, and I received no meaningful response despite multiple attempts to reach out. On top of that, I was falsely informed that my entire order had been delivered, even though it clearly was not. This kind of misinformation and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The way customer concerns are dismissed shows a complete lack of respect for the customer. Overall, the support is unprofessional, unhelpful, and fails to take any responsibility for their mistakes.

Like a lot of people it seams, I ordered 7 items in early November, 4 of which have been dispatched and delivered, I enquired regarding the remaining 3 items that show as unshipped in my account, they asked for time dated photos of the box the unshipped items was not sent in, I have replied multiple times now with they are not missing, youve never shipped them however they still dont seam to understand

Missing Item Still Not Shipped After Over a Month

Meer dan een maand geleden heb ik een bestelling geplaatst. Een deel van de order werd geleverd, maar het duurste item staat nog steeds op “not yet shipped”.

De chatbot geeft ten onrechte aan dat mijn volledige bestelling geleverd zou zijn, waarschijnlijk omdat één onderdeel wel is aangekomen. Hierdoor kan ik het probleem niet correct melden. De chatbot heeft inmiddels meerdere keren een dossier aangemaakt voor opvolging door een medewerker, maar tot op heden heb ik geen enkele reactie ontvangen.

Ik vraag daarom dringend om een correcte update over de status van het ontbrekende item en een oplossing voor deze situatie.

I placed an order more than a month ago. Part of the order was delivered, but the most expensive item still shows the status “not yet shipped.”

The chatbot incorrectly indicates that my entire order has been delivered, most likely because one item did arrive. As a result, I’m unable to report the issue properly. The chatbot has created several cases for follow-up by a real agent, but so far I have not received any response.

I therefore urgently request an accurate update on the status of the missing item and a solution to this situation.

Buy from any where else

Placed an order in November, and now nothing. Got an update saying it had been shipped, then nothing. I checked with the shipping company, and they never received any physical products; they only received data for the labels. They suggest I speak with Funko.

There is no decent way to do so. The chat bot is worse than useless. Told me the order was fulfilled when it certainly has not been. Upon saying as much, it just leaves. There are never any people on the support desk, and leaving a ticket as they suggest falls on deaf ears.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Funkos are cool, but buy them from any of the 100's of other sellers. At least then you might actually get the product you buy.

Disgusting company, do not order as you'll never receive it. Absolutely no answer from customer service and no way of cancelling the order. Told my kids they're never buying these again.

I wouldn't waste 1 star on this…

I wouldn't waste 1 star on this company. Absolutely shambolic. Tried to place an order, they took 5 payments totalling £95 and didn't even register an order. I have been trying for over a week to contact anyone and simply can't.
There is no telephone for customer services and the chatbot is useless. I have been given a ticket number for which they will contact me in 3-5 working days. That has long passed. I will continue to get my £95 back and will challenge as far as the law will allow me to do so. Appalling customer service. BE VERY CAREFUL ORDERING FROM HERE.

Shocking

Well. I like others ordered two items. One was shipped one wasn’t. Contacting the AI Chatbot daily. It creates a case, no one gets back to me. Can see the missing item is in stock on their website. It’s a backpack Christmas present for my daughter and I don’t have the money to go out and buy another one. It’s so disappointing that they take your money and then leave you like this with a completely non existent customer support. I placed my order on 23rd November and now 18 days later nothing and from reading the reviews that’s not even as long as others. Super disappointed I didn’t read the reviews first or I would have gone to Disney Store instead.
