Confusing address confirmation process
The delivery was completed successfully in the end, and the drivers were fine. However, the address confirmation process was confusing.
I received a tracking link and tried to confirm my address on the map, but after selecting it, everything disappeared and there was no clear confirmation that my address had actually been saved in your system. Because of that, I wasn’t sure whether the delivery would arrive correctly.
The first delivery attempt also failed even though I could see the vehicle on the tracking map, which made the whole experience stressful and unclear.
Better communication and a clearer address confirmation system would improve customer confidence a lot.

I was informed all the way with text messages regarding my delivery and a phone call to say what time they would arrive. The young men who delivered the item were polite and very helpful on getting my delivery to the place I needed it putting.

Delivery of my patio furniture went as planned. They kept me informed regularly. I couldn't get through on the phone to reschedule a date (caller 60 in a queue) so had to email. Delivery guys were helpful in putting it into my garage for me, so it was then secure. Very helpful and polite.

Great delivery
The big box came on time and was carefully handled by the crew into our passageway to the rear garden. Excellent phone service to say the delivery was on its way and nearby. The furniture is now erected and we are enjoying it in the sunshine! What more could you ask.
