ordered garden furniture from the…

ordered garden furniture from the range,
paid for next day deluvery,
courriers went to the wrong address, no delivery,
next day phoned and complained,
genuine mistake, staff professional, apologised,
garden furniture delivered next day at 7am, result!!

Excellent delivery service

Excellent delivery service, I was informed what day my parcel was arriving and was also able to track my delivery. Delivered by a great couple of guys who were friendly and efficient in their service. Thank you.

Absolute Joke

Had a phone call the day before confirming delivery between 0700 and 1000. Then had a message saying it would be nearer 7. Turned phone on at 0730 to a message saying failed delivery at 0720. That's funny dog hasn't barked, ring doorbell not activated and nothing on CCTV. On tracking app it says phone lines open at 0800 clearly not that should be 0900.
From the initial call realised it would be too good to be true.
Will they turn up who knows 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Update customer services they took a photo of your house at 0719 and drove off. Didn't think of getting out the van and ringing the bell. Absolute Joke

Crap delivery

The delivery man just left in on the door way of the hall i asked could he bring it down to half way down the hallway (about 3 feet) he just left it near the front door and left without a word i had to do it on my own. He also left the gate open i had to rush out because I didn't want my dog to escape. Not happy, just wants to drop off goods as quick as he could and go to the next stop. They say they're a two man courier service i only got one man and he wasn't very good.

If i could give 0 i would this is got…

If i could give 0 i would this is got to be the worst delivery company i have every come by , they still have not delivered whst they was meant to deliver over 3 weeks ago , impossible to contact and impossibe to get any replys to emails there pathetic chat box , and have said now 2 times they have delivered when my chairs from the range are still just sitting in there warehouse , there tracking states on route 2 tumes now but no sign of any delivery , furdeco are terrible , do not use at any cost , best to avoid.

Worst ever company

Worst ever company, if you call them you will wait exactly 60 minutes before they pick up the phone, this was timed on 3 occasional calls to sort problems with a delivery. When they eventually came to deliver, no care at all and didn’t want to leave all my order even being in the truck, Robbing? What was their idea? Never to use again.

The delivery person was great.

The delivery person was great.
He was pleasant and polite.
The company especially customer services was rubbish.
Can’t get through to them by phone .
I called dead on 9 am to find I was 75th in the queue. I called in the day 80 in the queue.
The chat bot is useless.
They did reply to my email but, was just a standard reply.
They need to sort out this.
